Excellent location for exploring Dublin on foot. We would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Location was great, close to both the Green and Red tram lines and just a 2-minute walk from O'Connell Street. There was a Pret A Manger, Starbucks, and several convenience stores within a 2-minute walk.
I expected the room to be smaller, so I was pleasantly surprised by its size. The bathroom was small, but there was plenty of counter space, which was very convenient for us, especially as I was travelling with a teenager.
The lack of wardrobe storage didn't bother us. We used the hangers provided and kept our suitcases on the luggage rack, which worked perfectly well.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was also great that there was a small self-service area where you could buy cold drinks and snacks at any time, which was very convenient.
The hotel also had a lovely bar and a cosy lounge area where you could relax after a day of sightseeing. It created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dublin.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay, but the selection was quite limited. The pillows were very large and firm, which may not suit everyone's preference. It would also have been nice to have a mini fridge and a small table in the room.

Excellent hotel, clean, friendly and safe.
Pros:

The hotel is located right in the centre with easy walking access to the main attractions.
The hotel felt very safe and clean and the staff were excellent. We stayed here for a 10 day dance competition at the convention centre and the staff were so supportive and friendly to all the children.
Sam in the bar was exceptional with the kids and entertained them with his beat boxing.

Cons:

The rooms could do with a wardrobe or draws, I am sure it is fine for 1 night but it was very difficult to store clothing for a long stay.

Staff would be the reason for returning
Pros:

The staff were amazing and the best thing.
The cleanliness was great

Cons:

The food was not great! Couldn't work out why the kitchen wasn't being used when so many there for dinner staff were having to use a tiny oven under the bar. Breakfast was limited
Rooms were tiny with no wardrobes

Excellent location and great vibes in hotel
Pros:

It was in a prime location. Just around the corner from the luas stop on abbey street and 5/10 mins walk from Connolly. It was a lovely vibe. Very boojie which made it more relaxing

Cons:

Paid in advance and had to give a €50 deposit. I know it was refunded but just seemed pointless even though paid. The breakfast options were very limited. I know it was 10am when I went down for breakfast but either the options were gone meaning not enough supply or they just didn’t have enough options.

Pros:

Great location. Within walking distance of the train station and is also close to airport bus stop. A short walk to Grafton St. and very close to Abbey Theatre. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable.

Just ok. Wouldn’t go back. Was clean but overpriced
Pros:

Convenient location

Cons:

Really overpriced because there were concerts in the city that weekend. Really hard uncomfortable pillows. No water provided in the room. Two sachets of instant coffee in the room. Nice enough clean and decent sized room but that was the best part. Both me and my friend paid for the room between us yet they wouldn’t give my friend Marriott points because it was me that made the booking despite her having paid half
