Moxy Dublin City

It was my distinct pleasure to meet Guillia, Maria, Adela, and Catia at the Moxy bar! We loved their recommendations about places to visit on our road trip through Ireland. They taught me how to "split the G"- this activity is not for the faint of heart, but is a rite of passage in Dublin!

We came to have dinner and we really had a quality time really nice place , music, food and drinks, the workers Adela, Giullia,Cática and María where super nice and explain everything to us and order new drinks and they we’re really kind.

Essentially every employee was dismissive and unbothered by customer concerns or needs. Terrible customer service. Internet TV didn’t work. Rooms super tiny for the price.

Everything was great, the staff was friendly, and they have a really good signature cocktail.

The rooms was very well designed until it came to having independent control of your own room temperature. The manager places controls on the room by resetting your comfort temp at will almost hourly. Trying to rest and then wake up sweating isn’t the experience that one would expect from anything related to Marriott. I will not stay here again. This hotel is a poor example for the overall experience and branding for Moxy and Marriott.

Obviously, this is dublin. Drinks are phenomenal around the city, but this is the best old-fashioned I've had!!

Nice spacious room, great central location in the heart of Dublin.

Did not use the bar facilities nor eat at the hotel.

I had a very disappointing experience at Moxy Dublin City.
The staff were extremely cold and unwelcoming, and it felt like they treated people differently.
We ordered drinks, but instead of bringing them to us, they left them beside the till while looking at us, talking among themselves, and laughing.
The place was not even busy at the time, so the service felt intentionally rude and uncomfortable.
I came in hoping to relax and improve my mood, but unfortunately the experience made me feel worse.

Andrea, Yelp, and Nicholas have been amazing during our entire trip. We love the Moxy and appreciate the great location. The hang out spaces are wonderful.

Beyond grateful for this staff during multiple visits over the course of a few weeks in March including a stint with food poisoning (from a restaurant outside of Dublin) that had me down and out and in need to change plans. Not only did the hotel and staff do everything to accommodate the change, they cared for and checked in on me while I recovered. Everyone was gracious and professional and it went all the way to the top with the GM Christian checking in on - Livia is a star at the front desk and went above and beyond every visit.

Yuliia, Sophia and Roswita were all amazing at reception with Adela, Gullia and Sam taking care of the bar and restaurant and shuffling bottles of water and food to me! I also felt the housekeeping was next level and Carlos was kind enough to work around later times and did a great job.

This property has my highest personal and professional endorsement and look forward to coming back and staying there in the near future...

I had a wonderful experience at the bar at Moxy Dublin City. The atmosphere was amazing, modern, fun, and very welcoming. I went with some friends and we had such a great time.

A special thank you to Samuel, Nicholas, and Andrés for the excellent service. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better with their great energy and professionalism.

The drinks, music, and overall vibe were fantastic. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dublin!

Andrés, Samuel and Nicholas are really good and professional bartenders, they make a really good cocktail. Also Sofia at the reception, she is very kind and helpful with the information about Irish pubs

Second week in a row staying at the Moxy in my weekly trips to Dublin. Samuel is amazing and so thoughtful and nice that I wanted to come back again.

I want to give a big shout out to your hospitality manager, Andres. He was absolutely amazing and we loved spending time with him at the Moxy. Not only did he attend to our needs, but he was so personable and kind. We truly hope to cross paths with him again and please know what gem you have working for you!
