I was very happy with our choice to stay here while in the Scottsdale Area. It's located in a nice quiet area (Not much around to walk to) which was fine with us. However you can get to everything within 10 minutes. Rooms were clean and spacious. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the grounds and it was so nice to sit outside there at night. Pool was good, crowded some because it is shared with the Courtyard. Breakfast was Free and Terrible like and most hotels so we never expect much. I am all about Clean and Location and this had everything we needed, not fancy or frills but clean and practical. If your looking for a big resort feel this won't be for yo.

The hotel was easy to find. The decor was modern and tasteful. When we got to our room we were very impressed by the size and spotless. To my surprise extra towels/pillow I request in my profile were already in the room. This never happens I usually have to call so Thank You Felicia The associate that checked me in was welcoming and efficient during check in she gave us all the info about our stay. Well done! If I'm ever in AZ I will definitely stay here. Shout out to the associate in the bar cantina as being the only one working she held that place together you'd think there were 3 of them she was that good. Cheers to a five star stay!

We stayed here for two months while transitioning into the area, and it ended up being such a great experience. Living in a hotel that long isn’t always easy, but this place truly felt like home.

The room was spacious, clean, and really well equipped. There was plenty of storage, which made it easy to settle in instead of feeling like we were living out of suitcases. Everything was well maintained and comfortable for an extended stay.

The amenities were a big highlight. The pool and hot tub were great, and we loved having access to the outdoor courtyard with fire pits, grills, cornhole, and plenty of lounge space. It made it easy to relax and actually enjoy being “home” after long days.

What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was consistently kind, friendly, and accommodating. The housekeeping team in particular was excellent. We had the pleasure of meeting Felicia when we first arrived, and she took care of our room throughout our entire stay. She was always warm and welcoming, incredibly thorough, and very accommodating with our schedule. She made it easy for me to step out with our dogs during service and it was always so nice coming back to a clean, refreshed space. She consistently went above and beyond with things like extra towels and toiletries without us even having to ask.

Overall, the team, the amenities, and the comfort of the rooms made a long-term stay feel easy. We’re really grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Our experience here has been outstanding. Everyone seems to go out of their way to accommodate whatever our needs were. A perfect example was the restaurant was supposed to close at 9 o’clock and the waitress stayed until 9:45 PM. The housekeeping staff was very helpful especially Felicia. We look forward to our next visit here.

I don’t usually review Residence Inn properties, but this one deserves 5 stars! The property is very clean and has a modern look and feel. Everything is or feels new. Non funny smells. There is a nice pool and hot tub and a big turf area with lawn games that is in a sort of courtyard area that is shared with its sister property Courtyard. They had live music a few of the nights when we stayed there.

It’s far enough from the 101 that you don’t hear it, but I did have a room on the West side. It’s possible rooms facing East will hear the highway noise.

Lastly, the staff was excellent. All were very polite and helpful.

Always have a great stay!! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Lindsey at the front desk and Lisa at the bar were always smiling and willing to help!!!

Best location. Old Town and so many places only a few miles away. Excellent service. Restaurants very good food. Breakfast amazing! Very clean. Courtyard next door. Great to be able to go to both. Many private spaces to sit and relax or do business. Wonderful stay. Well maintained.

Great stay, Lindsey was wonderful friendly and helpful

Our family of four stayed at this location for a week during peak season in 2025. The hotel staff was great, the pool, hot tub and near side bar were all great amenities to enjoy in the sunshine. There is ample play space for two young boys outside the but staying on the hotel ground so you know they are safe. Complementary breakfast every morning was another huge benefit for our family as we were town for spring training.

Just recently, we had to cancel a trip to the same hotel on short notice. Lindsay at the front desk was extremely accommodating and assisted in canceling the trip without issue. We will certainly be back in the future and encourage others to use this place as the location to salt River Fields, and so many other great locations are really close.

The housekeeping staff are outstanding and happy to make sure you have all that you need. They are very pleasant .

Dustin and Vanshita were awesome food and service 5 star. Food was delicious and he was quite entertaining! Stop in and see for yourself!

Do not book here. Is not clean, nothing works including the blinds as drapes.
Also the tv hasn’t worked since we got here 4 days ago This has been the entire building. Including the lobby. Stops, goes dark about every 50 seconds. They don’t care. Keep acting like they knew nothing about it. Hear everyone else complaining. They keep making excuses. Their people are coming in, it’s the holiday. Suspect Thai is a continuous problem. Different story from each person at the front desk. Promises promises. No 24 hour coffee.

Go elsewhere. We paid over 200 dollars a night for an 89 dollar hotel.

Just me and spider elf hanging out in my beautiful residence inn suite. This is a great place to stay. I love the full size fridge and all of the kitchen amenities. The property is very beautiful and clean. Can’t wait to return.
