Thi Boutique Villa

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. This is a delightful villa to stay, owner staff are wonderful, generous and thoughtful. The villa is 2 streets back from the beach, quiet area of town, tree lined close to everything. Wonderful old world charm, lots of greenery. Great choice of breakfast options. Wifi very good 👍

Loved the beautiful family friendly environment created by the staff. The aesthetic of the building was charming and beautiful breakfasts each morning.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Villa hat einen schönen Charme, liegt recht ruhig in einer Nebenstraße und ich habe besonders die Dachterrasse und den grünen Vorhof genossen :) Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen :)

Vilken liten underbar pärla till boende. Ett familje hotell med perfekt läge , nära till allt. Rummet vårt var stort o fint. Perfekt air conditioner. Bra dusch med fint vattenflöde God frukost, älskade deras nudelsoppa.
En mängd olika restauranger att välja på. 10 min promenad ner till stranden. Flera minimarket i kvarteret och vill du unna dig massage, vietnamesisk hårtvätt, fotvård så finns massor av ställen att välja på.

Проживали в отличном семейном большом номере на третьем этаже. Огромный уютный балкон. Приветливый и очень дружелюбный персонал. Помогают во всём.
Хороший завтрак.
5 минут до пляжа.
В пешей доступности есть всё необходимое, кафе, массажки, магазины.
Недалеко идёт стройка, но отель расположен на тихой улице, шума не слышно.
Стабильный бесплатный WiFi.
Очень атмосферное место. Остались только хорошие впечатления.

I was happy with the continental breakfast which included toast, pastries, jams, juices, tea, coffee and fresh fruit. There is also a hot savoury breakfast option that changes daily.

The staff are super friendly and helpful and my room was very spacious and quiet. Having a fan as well as air-conditioning was a bonus to help cool down quickly.

Close to the beach and also many bars, cafes and restaurants - all within easy walking distance.

Highly recommended.

I can recommend the breakfast there, especially the Vietnamese dishes. At breakfast, you get unlimited coffee and tea.

First of all, we loved tge villa itself - not a soulless skyscraper, but a cozy beautiful family run villa.
The owner, the receptionist and the whole team were kind and caring, helped us with different questions and took good care of us.
The breakfast was great, different everyday, and we could choose both from local vietnamese dishes and more international breakfast options.
The room was stylish with a beautiful balcony.

Все рядом, что к реке, что к морю - одинаково удобно идти, недалеко. При этом улочка, где расположен отель - тихая, спать ничего не мешает. Номера чистые, все, что может потребоваться - есть. Вкусные завтраки, чистейший дворик! Невероятный, приветливый хозяин - всегда готов помочь, всегда на связи! Подключался даже к решению самых неординарных вопросов, например, к общению с администратором другого отеля в Хойане). Консультировал по разным вопросам, помог купить билеты в Ba Na Hills - так как мы очень рано выезжали, нам с собой вручили завтрак (булочки бань ми) и воду, что было очень неожиданно и мило). Если подвернется возможность снова поехать в Дананг - однозначно останавливаться будем в этом отеле.

I’ve been to Danang several times in the last 2 years. I stay in several different hotels each visit, rarely repeat hotels in successive trips. I usually look for the very highly rated ones with over 100 reviews and crosscheck with Google and other sites. This was my first time at Thi Boutique. I don’t know how I previously missed this hotel, which has a 9.4 Booking.com rating and over 700 reviews. It is about a 5-minute walk from the beach. There is a beautiful patio and garden area, with occasional visiting birds, well maintained by Nha, the owner, who spends a lot of time and effort each day on the garden. My room, a king with garden view, was very clean and reasonably priced. I had one of the best breakfasts since arriving in Danang a few weeks ago: a very tasty bahn mi sandwich, wonderful noodle soup, and juices, tea, and coffee. It also came with lots of delicious fruit. It is so peaceful here. There is an observed quiet time at night; and there is no traffic noise because the hotel is not near a main road. Everything was superb, including the service from Mr Nha. Additionally, I was allowed a slightly early check-in and a slightly late check-out; and Nha offered to assist me with my heavy luggage when my driver arrived. He is the best.

My friend and I loved this tranquil family run hotel. The family who run it are lovely and communicative and I genuinely felt that I could ask for help with any issue. The breakfasts, especially the local options, were delicious and hearty. It was clean, comfortable, well air conditioned and the location was a very short walk to My Khe beach, which was one of the highlights of the stay.
