Based on our experience with the ground-floor room, we unfortunately would not recommend this property.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. We had late check-in (around 11pm) and guy at reception waited for us.

The breakfast was very basic but acceptable. Every day there was watermelon, banana, some pastries, tea and coffee. For a hot option such as soup or eggs, you had to order it one day in advance.

We got free bottle water every day.

Cons:

The room was located on the ground floor near the entrance, and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our stay.

There was almost no soundproofing, so we could hear everything happening outside and in the other rooms. The room also wasn’t as clean as we expected. When we checked in, there was half a roll of toilet paper (left from previous guests' stay) in the bathroom, and we noticed mould in the bathroom as well.

There was also a large hole/opening in the bathroom near the window, which was not properly sealed. This meant that insects could easily get inside, which was quite unpleasant.

Another unpleasant thing was the large pile of rubbish on the corner of the street near the property, which made the surroundings less appealing.

I’m pretty sure the rooms on the upper floors are much better, especially in terms of noise and privacy.

Pros:

I had an amazing week in Da Nang, and this hotel was the very first place I experienced in Vietnam. Thanks to the wonderful staff, my first impression of the country couldn't have been better.
Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They answered all my questions, gave me useful advice, and even took the initiative to help without me having to ask. They genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable, and I really appreciated that.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Free daily housekeeping is available whenever you need it, which was a great bonus. The hotel also offers everything you might need during your stay, including laundry service, motorbike rental, and food, making everything very convenient.

Чисто, можно арендовать байк, и отдать вещи в прачку. Хозяева очень радушные.

Laid back stay surrounded by rare tropical plants collections.
Pros:

What a chill place. It's a family run boutique hotel by a very nice and laid back people. The owner collects rare tropical plants. Plant people, check this place out. You can live with variegated joepii in its natural weather.

Excellent accommodation
Pros:

Excellent location, only a 5-minute walk from the beach, with many restaurants and cafés within easy walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. My only minor suggestion would be to serve breakfast until 10:00 a.m., as it currently ends at 9:00 a.m.

Behageligt, venligt personale, godt for prisen
Pros:

Personalet var rigtigt imødekommende og gav gratis vand til værelserne, når vi kom og i løbet af dagene. Det ligger fint tæt på vandet - og en kort taxatur ned til det mere “turistede”strandområde.
