Alles. Wie erwartet bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel.
Der komplette Hotelservice inkl. Strandbar ist exzellent. Die Zimmer und deren Ausstattung sind außergewöhnlich. Es ist sehr sauber und der Zimmerservice hervorragend. Am üppigen Frühstücksbuffet findet jeder Angebote zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.
Die Restaurants im Hotel und in der Strandbar warten mit frischen und sehr gut zubereiteten Speisen auf. Die Hotelbar ist bestens bestückt. Der Strand ist sehr gepflegt und der Gartenpool lädt nach einem Ausflug zum relaxen ein.
Da gibt es nichts.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent booking and stay at your hotel.
When making the reservation through your system, there was no clear information or warning that a film production was taking place at the hotel and that several of the hotel’s facilities would be unavailable or significantly affected. In particular, facilities such as the breakfast garden and beach areas were closed or restricted.
We specifically chose this hotel because we wanted to enjoy the last days of summer and make full use of the sea and outdoor facilities. Unfortunately, the reality was very different from what was presented to us at the time of booking. Had we been properly informed about the ongoing filming and the resulting restrictions, we would have had the opportunity to reconsider our reservation and make an informed decision.
We consider it unacceptable that such significant circumstances were not clearly communicated to guests before booking. Whether this was an omission or simply a failure to provide accurate information, the result is the same: we were not given the facts necessary to make an informed choice as customers.
Furthermore, I contacted you several times prior to our check-in and received no response whatsoever. This is an additional and serious concern. If we had encountered an urgent problem before or during our stay, we would effectively have had no reliable means of contacting you or receiving assistance.
This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and has fallen well below the standard we expected. We believe guests should be informed transparently about any major event or activity that materially affects the hotel’s facilities and their overall experience.
We therefore expect you to take this complaint seriously and provide an appropriate explanation and response regarding both the lack of information about the filming and the failure to respond to our previous messages.

Great location, beautiful decor and rooms and attentive staff. The new pool area is also lovely.
The new (ish) bar at the hotel seemed a little disorganised both times we were there. Service was slow and there was no one to greet guests at the door and show them to tables.
