Pros:

New property, near the beach. Friendly, responsive staff (Thanks Paul!). Lots of parking, easy access, free breakfast.

Cons:

The breakfast was mobbed. Not LaQuinta’s fault. It was tasty and offered lots of variety - roasted potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, toast, etc. great selection.

Great for families, short walk to the beach, definitely will be a returning guest.
Pros:

The gentleman that checked us in was super friendly and attentive.(he had glasses, didn't get his name)

We traveled with family, and the big tables in the lobby were great for our morning breakfast.
After the beach one day we had our dinner out there in the lobby and it was perfect. Second night after the pool played family card games in the lobby . All of this of course without any disruptions to the other guests.

Great time
Pros:

Location was good. A short walk to the beach. Driving distance to everything you could possibly need.

Pros:

There was so many things to do conveniently on the strip. Food, shopping, beach, entertainment was all only minutes away!

Cons:

No great access to the beach. Very difficult getting in and out of the hotel based on the proximity and traffic and at times is highly dangerous.

Don't stay unless you can handle the noise
Pros:

Check in was nice

Cons:

Too many barking dogs at 11:00 pm at night.
We were too close to the ice machine and many people got ice late at night and it sounded like the kitchen staff got the ice very early in the morning.
The kitchen area was over flowing with trash and the helpers were in the prep area talking and laughing.
