Cozy Room
Pros:

The Staff are Nice & Friendly. The Room was also Spacious. Outside the Hotel, you can see Shenyang Station is Just a Moderate Distance away, although it may Takes around 20 Minutes to Walk over there.

Fashionable place with a nice library area but the hotel was not up to an international standard.
Pros:

Relatively in the center of the city

Cons:

Smell of cigarette coming from another room. During the night there was a constant flash of blue light at 15-20 min interval which I could not locate it was quite bothersome. Also there was no safe in the room so I had to carry my passport and cash everywhere which was a bit annoying.
