La ubicación (esta frente a la municipalidad de Breña), la atención del personal, habían muchas cosas cerca, y pudimos usar su terraza

Le personnel est acceuillant. La chambre est propre.le prix pour 3 nuits seulement 52 euros.

Cons:

Chambre donnant sur un vide tout moche. Mais plus calme que sur la rue. Cependant on entend beaucoup les voisins.

Tranquila en general, con aspectos a mejorar.
Pros:

La atención de recepción siempre muy amable, atentos y preocupados por nosotros, nos ayudaron con el tema del valor de la plata, movilización, recomendaciones de lugares, etc. Incluso apesar de no estar incluido, por un monto extra pudimos solicitar desayuno.
La ubicación para nosotros, estaba perfecta. La ropa de cama bien y las camas acorde a lo reservado.
Vigilancia en recepcion 24 hrs.

Cons:

Podrían considerar mejorar la aislación acústica, ventanas de termopanel serían buena opción, ya que en las mañanas se escuchaba demasiado el ruido exterior.
La limpieza general tambien podría ser más minuciosa, si bien se realiza mantenimiento a las habitaciones, cambio de toallas y sábanas, el aseo general quedaba regular. En la terraza exterior igual se evidenciaba descuido en el aseo general y limpieza.

Al menos la habitación nuestra el wifi no tenía buena señal, la TV no tenía antena y sólo había ventilador, no aire acondicionado.

Des hôtes de confiance et très serviables. Merci pour votre gentillesse!
Pros:

L’amabilité, la disponibilité et l’aide des hôtes. Les hôtes sont très serviables et généreux c’est très rassurant.

Cons:

Le lit était un peu petit et trop dur. Pas de fenêtres extérieures donc pas d’aération de la chambre où il faisait chaud.

Pros:

Esta en el distrito de Breña, cerca ,del centro histórico, caminando son 30 minutos aproximadamente, hay muchos lugares para comer ,hay supermercados, farmacias, de todo .El dueño del hotel Señor Piero muy gentil al igual que las dos señoras de recepción Ana y Nancy ,muy simpáticas, y serviciales ,nos ayudaron a reservar taxi de vuelta al aeropuerto, muchas gracias por todo tuvimos una linda estadía, aprovechamos la terraza para almorzar ahí y a la tarde tomar el café, tenes a disposición también la cocina completa con hervidor ,microondas, heladera ,donde guardar tus cosas ,excelente instalaciones ,para ser un hotel 2 estrellas esta muy bien y es seguro ,no anduvimos muy tarde por las calles aledañas ,pero de día se puede andar bien.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas ,pero compensa con la hermosa terraza

Ni para atender con un café!
Cons:

Ni para un café ☕; no es posible que al menos en recepción no brinden siquiera un tinto y el personal dejó las llaves de mi habitación pegadas a la puerta lo cual me transmitió algo de desconfianza
