Would stay again very convenient with parking and proximity to train station. Good value
Pros:

The check in was easy and the location very convenient with easy paid parking facilities. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable in the old original building as i had requested. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Foregate street Chester center plus bus stops outside hotel. All the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Maybe more attention should be paid to the house keeping .One of the bedside lights not working and inconsistency between the two identical superior double rooms i.e. no water bottles or crisps in one of the rooms.

Pros:

The location was excellent and staff were very helpful. Being able to store the luggage before check in was very helpful.

Cons:

Mould on the bathroom ceiling, room was very tired. The room did not look like the photos on the website, was disappointed. Some of the electrical sockets didn't work and the was no USB ports or sockets next to the bedside tables.

Was fine for what we needed and only being 1 night we managed with the small double bed
Pros:

Close to where we needed to be

Cons:

We had a deluxe double room but the bed wasn’t even a full double, more like a 3/4 double bed

Lovely rooms, large comfortable beds, great air con.
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable and a super king size when the website only stated a double bed.

Cons:

We disliked having to walk through the main hotel and along corridors to a separate building to access our room. There is a short cut out to the car park and to walk into town, but when you return to the hotel there is no entry via the short cut, which is a little frustrating.
