Pros:

Un hotel molt agradable i confortable. A una distància correcte del centre caminant, espais cuidats i el personal molt agradable. Vam aparcar sempre davant mateix. Per esmorzar hi ha una cafeteria i l'esmorzar inclòs en el preu era molt correcte, amb menjar típic mexicà. L'habitació era àmplia, amb una mica de cuina, a la planta baixa amb vistes al jardí i a la piscina, amb un llit enorme i còmode, i cada dia ens la venien a netejar. Hi havia nevera, molts armaris i molts penjadors. A l'entrada de l'hotel hi havia una màquina per reomplir aigua freda/calenta. L'hotel és tranquil, sense sorolls. Els clients de l'hotel tenen accés inclòs a un embarcador (força lluny de l'hotel), on pots banyar-te a la llacuna, amb hamaques i caiacs.

Cons:

Res era negatiu, però aprofito per comentar que damunt del matalàs normal hi havia un matalàs prim d'escuma, que feia que el llit fos tou i incòmode. Després de la primera nit el vam treure, i ja vam dormir estupendament.

Centraal gelegen, leuk plekje om Bacalar te ontdekken
Pros:

Centraal gelegen, op loopafstand van diverse restaurants en het levendige centrum. Met onze dochters van 8 en 12 hebben wij er 3 nachten verbleven op de eerste etage in een familie kamer. Je kunt gebruik maken van een plekje aan het water welke bij het hotel hoort, hier zijn ligbedden en kun je het water in en gratis 1 x gebruik maken van de kano’s. Het ontbijt is goed, met keuze, eventueel kun je alacarte bestellen. Ga lekker zeilen/varen op het prachtige meer!

Cons:

Wij hadden geen plek voor onze natte handdoeken of zwemgoed buiten te drogen. Stoeltjes voor de deur had ook handig geweest, we hadden een gedeeld balkon/entree.

Une nuit pas plus
Pros:

Très proche du centre ville de Bacalar

Cons:

Petit déjeuner minimaliste (il est indiqué comme exceptionnel alors que ce n’est pas du tout le cas: un verre de jus et un petit pot de nutella doivent être payés en plus)
Il a plus fortement et l’eau est rentré dans la chambre par le toit en paille
Très mal insonorisé

Buona posizione, lo staff ci ha aiutato a organizzare il tour per la laguna e al beach club abbiamo potuto sfruttare gratuitamente il kayak per due ore

Cons:

La gestione della colazione potrebbe essere migliorata (puntualità, gestione degli ordini e accoglienza da parte del personale). Letto molto morbido

Atencion irregular pero hotel bueno
Pros:

La ubicación inmejorable. La habitacion super bonita y muy limpia.

Cons:

El trato es diferente segun quien este en la recepcion: El primer dia nos encendieron la piscina porque el agua estaba algo sucia. El segundo dia no quisieron encenderla porque decia que estaba fuera de horario cuando eran las 16:00 de la tarde y el dia anterior estuvimos hasta bastante mas tarde.
El parking para los coches es muy pequeño. El muelle privado que tienen esta a 15 minutos caminando desde el hotel.

Camera ampia con un piano cucina attrezzata per poter cucinare e un patio molto accogliente antistante la camera.

Cons:

La colazione prevede dei supplementi per ogni ingrediente aggiuntivo al piatto base, per esempio i pumcake sono serviti con sciroppo d'acero, se si vuole la marmellata invece dello sciroppo è previsto un costo supplementare. Allo stesso modo il piatto salato prevede dei supplementi per ogni ingrediente aggiunto.

Camera ampia, rustica e pulita. Con ampio appoggio per i bagagli.

Cons:

Il club per accedere alla laguna non è vicino alla struttura. I kayak che danno gratuitamente per due ore non sono molti, ne avevano solo due doppi e inizialmente ce ne hanno proposto solo uno. Noi eravamo in 4, abbiamo insistito per avere il secondo e ci siamo fatti il nostro bel giro.La colazione è piuttosto basica.

Die Lage isf super, 10- 15 Min. ins Zentrum von Bacalar. Außerdem ein schöner Innenhof mit gepflegtem Poolbereich.

Cons:

Ich frage mich sehr häufig, warum Personal, welches in einem Touristenort und einem Touristenhotel an der Rezeption arbeitet, kein Englisch spricht. Das war leider etwas umständlich. Die Betten sind klein und relativ weich. Das inkludierte Frühstück war extrem wenig.

Très belle surprise par rapport aux photos. Hôtel bien situé (à 5min à pied de la place centrale).
Petit déjeuner complet, piscine agréable. Personnel sympathique.
Le ponton privé sur la lagune est top également (situé à 15 bonnes minutes à pied)

Un excellent séjour
Pros:

La chambre était superbe, il y avait de quoi se préparer un café et un frigo. La plage privée est appréciable ( très beau lieu et très bon restaurant avec des prix corrects). Le personnel est très souriant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner était aussi copieux et très bon. L’établissement propose une petite excursion sur la lagune, je la recommande.

Cons:

Il y a apparemment trois chambres pour 4 personnes au même prix (?) mais l’une d’entre elles devraient être moins chère car elle est moins jolie.

Pros:

Me encanto donde estaba hubicado, estaba muy cerca de todo, tambien la comida del restaurante que esta ahi deliciosa, el personal 10-10

Cons:

lo unico que si no me gusto fue que esta muy lejos como el luegar que de dicen que es gratis para estar un rato en la laguna, pero de ahi en fuera todo super increible
