Superb location. Fabulous rooms. Great staff.

Such an amazing hotel. The staff go above and beyond. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The hotel put on a boat for us to travel to the Canton Fair which was amazing. The location is superb. Would absolutely stay again.

La chambre obtenue est très spacieuse avec vue sur la rivière au 16ème étage. Toilettes japonaise et salle d'eu et baignoire avec vue sur la rivière également.

Nice stay, staffs are friendly, best of all staffs speak English, easy to communicate.

Good because of upgrade by manager
Pros:

We were upgraded to a bigger room. Std room has double bed which is not good & room is too basic. Booking com info should have made it clear that it is a double bed & not king size. For the price I could have gotten better five star hotels with king sized at better location.
