Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Mixed: multiple reviews praise very clean rooms, but some guests reported cigarette and sewage smells and a stain under the sink and incomplete replenishment of bathroom dispensers.
Service
9.2
Generally praised for helpful and exceptional staff in many reviews, though a few reports of slow reception service and being redirected to an app for restaurant bookings.
Location
9
Positive: quiet area, near the Jewish quarter, parking available; noted as about a 20-minute walk to the historic centre (a bit removed but walkable).
Room Quality
8
Mixed: many guests found rooms spacious with great views, but several reported air-conditioning problems (not cooling or noisy/difficult to regulate) and occasional insect issues with open windows.
Amenities
7.5
Negative notes: missing in-room kettle, empty shower dispensers, no complimentary bottled water in rooms (minibar-only), and issues with AC controls; otherwise rooftop restaurant and breakfast facilities are strong.
Value for Money
9
Frequently described as good value and recommended for price-to-quality ratio in multiple reviews.
Food and Beverage
9.5
Strong positives: repeatedly praised rooftop restaurant and breakfast (varied, excellent views and quality). A minor complaint about having to reserve via an app for dinner service.
Overall Experience
9.2
Overall positive guest experience driven by excellent breakfast/views, friendly staff and comfortable rooms, tempered by sporadic service lapses and room/amenity issues for some guests.

Terrible experience!!!
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Air conditioning not working.
Fridge was warm
Tap on sink was wobbly
Shower coming off the wall
Toilet paper holder coming off the wall
Phone not working
Sink was blocked
No connection with the house keeping
Extremely hot room, the penthouse
Reception not giving any service , busy with their own mobile phone
We asked the receptionist several times the name of the manager she said she was not allowed to tell. And she was off for the weekend
Even the receptionist didn’t want to tell us her full name
We were asked to pay and paid for a bottle of water which we didn’t use.
