Hotel nie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki

Śniadanie

Cons:

Nieprzyjemny zapach z restauracji w lobby hotelu. Brak czajnika w pokoju. Czajnik możliwy na życzenie, czekaliśmy na niego 2 noce. W pokoju dwuosobowym jedna szklanka i po sprzątaniu zawsze brakowało jednego ręcznika. Bardzo głośna klimatyzacja.

First trip to Romania

Good location near the presidential palace and the fountains there was also many restaurants around

Eleganza al prezzo giusto
Pros:

Struttura moderna, elegante a 10 min di auto dalle zone di interesse. Camera spaziosa, molto pulita, bagno eccellente.
Parcheggio spazioso situato a pochi passi dalla struttura. Skybar 12 piano molto suggestivo. Personale reception eccellente. Esperienza super, lo consiglio.

Cons:

Avrei da sottolineare solo due aspetti che, a mio parare, andrebbero migliorati. All’ingresso della struttura, sulla destra, si trova una steakhouse italiana, che fa parte proprio della hall, si sente un forte odore di carne cruda all’ingresso, soprattutto quando il ristorante ê ancora chiuso e non si sentono gli odori della cucina. Questo aspetto andrebbe migliorato creando due separate aree.
Altro aspetto da migliorare è la gestione dell’ingresso al parcheggio, in quanto vi è una sbarra che si alza solo con attivazione diretta del personale della struttura, che non sempre vede che vi è una vettura in attesa di entrare, creando intralcio alla circolazione.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella, estremamente pulita e con eccezionale cura del cliente!
Poi la posizione è perfetta!
Ottimo anche il ristorante con strepitosa qualità dei prodotti!

תמורה נחמדה למחיר אבל לא נחזור למלון זה .
Pros:

מקום האירוח יחסית מרכזי ועובדות המלון היו מקסימות. נענו לכל בקשה. המזגן לא עבד בלילה הראשון והם עשו מאמצים שיגיע טכנאי.

Cons:

בעיות ואיפי בקומה 6, טלוויזיה שעבדה לסירוגין. ריח בלובי נוראי של בשר, מן הראוי שגם אם יש מסעדת בשרים במלון שהמקפיא בלובי עם הבשר יהיה סגור לחלוטין ולא יוציא ריח. רכשנו שהייה בחדר דלוקס, היה חסר כיסא בחדר , ערכת קפה וקומקום . למקום יש פוטנציאל אבל ניכר שלא חשבו על הפרטים הקטנים.

Good hotel and welcoming staff
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast, the best breakfast I ever had at a hotel with a fantastic view of the Palace of the Parliaments. Good location, walking distance from Old Town, friendly and welcoming staff. The room was good and clean.

Cons:

The mattress was too soft and had a bulge due to which I had back pain. The ceiling in the room was just concrete and ugly, not sure if it was by design or someone forgot to complete it.

Ďakujeme, boli sme veľmi spokojní. Všade bolo čisto, príjemne. Raňajky veľmi chutné.
