Less than I expected but one of the receptionists was really great

First, I would like to compliment the professionalism and kindness of Ms Madalina, a front-office staff member who was exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

This stood in stark contrast to the other femake receptionist, who was not at all accommodating. We pointed out a hole in the wall, a non-charging phone, and the lack of a kettle in the room, but these concerns did not appear to be taken seriously. What a shame.

The hotel is conveniently located, approximately 2 km from the Old Town, and the view from the sky bar is spectacular. However, the corridors are rather narrow and somewhat claustrophobic, and there are no kettles or complimentary water provided in the rooms.

I would have appreciated a higher standard, particularly considering the 4-star rating. All in all, it is a reasonably good budget hotel.

Priveliste superba. Hotel curat. Personal de calitate. Parcare disponibila. Mancare de calitate la restaurant.

Cons:

Aerul conditionat nu a functionat destul de bine. In poze suita are canapea. In realitate nu are canapea. Roomservice deschis doar dupa masa. Micul dejun nu se poate aduce in camera. Cartella de la camera si usa nu functioneaza. Trebuie sa mergi cu cheia dupa tine. Te deranjeaza odata la 1/2h sa faca curat si daca esti in camera si pui not disturb. Patul scartaie foarte tare
