Breakfast was fantastic
Rooms need a bit if tlc.
Staff very friendly and help full , bar and restaurant service was good , evening meal was good and they accommodated our group (8): breakfast was good but service was very slow from kitchen.
Rooms very dated need refurbishing , rooms very hot would not like to stay in summer. Could not open window very well , and had to keep them shut late at night as noise from road and people walking past.
Breakfast and dinner great - at extra cost to the room. Friendly staff. Nice decor in the bar and dining room.
Bedroom curtains that had sliders missing, gapping and didn't open and close easily

tiny bathroom (and we are both slim!) and we had the main kitchen extract duct outside our window so impossible to sleep after 7.30am whether we wanted to or not - which is a shame on a weekend break!

The hotel is very tired paint peeling in the bathroom, no air-conditioning, the bed was very hard ,pillows need replacing, breakfast was average I wouldn't stay there again!!
