Because of the price and lack of cleanliness, I will not book with Residence Inn again.

Great hotel, amazing location
Pros:

Great room size with a comfortable sofa bed. We had a wonderful stay overall, with an amazing location and very friendly staff.

Cons:

The only improvement would be to have daily room cleaning service. Otherwise, everything was great!

Pros:

I really liked the room -- divided into bed, bath, sitting room with little sofa, and kitchenette. It was all very comfortable. The hotel was also convenient for every place I needed to be during the convention I attended. Breakfast was basic but nice.

Cons:

Because I did need to be out late a couple of nights, I found walking down the street to the hotel around 10 pm a little spooky.

The perfect location as a hub for multiple business meetings in the city. Great location!
Pros:

Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. Coffee was great. The options changed daily which was nice. Very good and filling. Time for breakfast was also perfect! The location was amazing with everything being so walkable and close to the airport. When I have meetings in Providence again, I will be staying here.

Me decepcionó: la conexión Wi‑Fi parecía inexistente y no fue posible acceder a ella. Todo esto perjudicó demasiado mi trabajo y mis reuniones en línea. Lo peor fue la indolencia e ineficiencia de las asistentes del front desk: a pesar de mis reclamos, no hicieron nada ni ofrecieron ninguna solución, como, por ejemplo, un cambio de pieza. Incluso me dieron un número de teléfono para que yo, como cliente, llamara y viera si me ofrecían alguna solución. Insólito

Staff was amazing and very helpful!

Cons:

The bed was really hard for someone used to adjusting their comfort to a softer setting. The pull-out couch was less hard than the bed.
