Disappointing
Pros:

The room was clean and the location was great

Cons:

The staff member at check in was not friendly or welcoming.
There was not a closet in the room just a few hangers above the mini frig.
No coffee maker.
There was not an ice bucket in the room.
After the concert I went to the front desk to ask for one. A large man at the desk told me he didn't know if they had one. He later came back with a plastic container. When I asked for a liner, he gave me a grocery bag. The guy next to him kept eating his chips and licking his fingers. Deffinately not a professional experience.

Cons:

Maybe put a few signs directing guests to check in desk. If you have them, I didn’t see them and walked around for a bit trying to find it.

Good hotel, breakfast needs improvement
Pros:

Good clean room at an affordable price. Location was great and near to everything.

Pros:

The room was clean and the hotel was in the perfect location for the event we were attending.

Cons:

We waited for an hour and a half past check in time for our room to be ready which made us run late to our event. There was not communication prior saying there was a delay in our room being ready. Parking is a little pricey as well.
