I booked a corner room with 2 queen beds and was given a regular room with one queen bed when I showed the staff my booking they apologized but could not give me the room I booked

Parking explanations were confusing to say the least! There should be some written or publish parking instructions prior to or at arrival.

Was a nice building, but a little over priced.
Pros:

You could tell that the building had been renovated and modernized. Had a couple of games for the kids to play at a pretty cheap rate. There were a few places to eat near by too.

Cons:

It was a little further away from my destination than expected. Was a little overpriced versus other places that were closer. Needs a few more restaurants around the area to help it out.

very special place...for real
Pros:

seriously, one of the best hotel stays i've had in years. was picking a puppy up in the area, so no other reason to be in rockford. but the staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms clean and spacious, and the food was very good (friendliest omelet staion i've ever been to)
