Nice warm breakfast.
Staffs were very nice and helpful.
Cockroaches german quarrelling on walls and in bathroom. 2am the smoke alarm went on with loud noise. Dial reception ⁸No one pick the phone my daughter walk up to the reception and ask staff to fix alarm a guy came and remove the smoke detector at 2am.

It was OK, but I was in one of the cottage units. Bathroom and room quite small. My previous stay was in a much better room at the same property.
The cottage units need to be upgraded for sure. Outdated to some extent.

So close to the airport and to Indiana Tandoori Restaurant. Awesome food. Walking distance from the market and other shops as well.
It’s not so much the property but I am not fond of spiders and ants and they were everywhere. Reception helped by spraying the room and left the insect repellent in the room but once you see those critters, you can’t 'unsee' them 🤦🏻♀️

Staff were friendly and restaurants have decent meals.
There was a lizard and cockroach in the room. Time for pest control i reckon.
Pool was not clean, itchy after swimming, rooms were ok, room 8 door is hard to shut, overall the rooms were spacious, no sheets or blankets had to use the same bed sheet covers as a blanket, no good.
The rooms were too far out from the reception, card keys not working every time we go out we cant get in, TV not working, no blankets or sheets.
They were kind enough to allow a late check out. Location and staff
Breakfast could be a bit better
The pool was not clean and made us itchy. We did ask for a spare bed or mattress and will pay, but was advised a blunt No, our card keys weren't working most of the time, we always have to call reception to activate, room 31 TV was not working.
We did have an incident that made us unsafe, as we were changing in our room 32 and someone opened our sliding door and ran off. Also i was not happy that cleaners were in our room on our return on our first day without asking if we required cleaning.
