There is no hospitality at this hotel. The front desk agent and anybody attached to it was outright rude. The only nice people were the maintenance and the housekeeper.

Everything was bad from check-in until we left. Four times I ask for a crib which was a pack and play, which is fine except it was broken and wouldn’t go together. They did nothing to help. I had an appointment at the MAYO CLINIC the same time check-in was they told me only thing I had to do was give them my daughter‘s ID and when it was 3 o’clock, she could get the keys and they would give her a room. They said nothing about incidentals. So when I went back to the website, they didn’t have anything about incidentals in my confirmation or anything which I do know they charge, but they said in the booking online, but it was $75. They charged me $200. And I was in the middle of the doctor appointment at the MAYO CLINIC and I had to Zelle my daughter the money so she could get in the room with her one year-old and her two-year-old. Very unfriendly, no customer service whatsoever. I will never stay there again. I go down to Scottsdale a lot. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Can’t wait to go back!
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and super cute. We had a great time at the pool. Breakfast had a good assortment of foods. The room was clean and everything worked. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

Great location next to food and entertainment.
