second stay in a week, same positives but additional negatives
Pros:

-nice large lobby and seating areas with activities (pool table, games, TV, etc.)
-free breakfast with good options
-location
-Euro modern feel

Cons:

-arrived to check in at 4:20pm and room was not ready (although check in is 4pm)
-called the front desk on four separate occasions several minutes apart in one night due to issue with our toilet...no answer!
-toilet wouldn't flush but no one answered the phone at the front desk, so walked down to front desk. Clerk said she would send maintenance up to our room. A gentleman showed up with a plunger and just handed it to us to fix the issue!
-shower area was not clean
-bed was rock solid/pillows were mushy

Pros:

Will not use the Tru side going forward, especially when the rooms are that small.
Pros:

Close to my work

Cons:

Breakfast out of food everyday, sub par quality, roms are way too small, especially if you intent to work, desk not big enough. No room service for my first 4 days, had to ask for them to come and clean the room. Terrible WiFi . No coffee in room.

The hotel had all thay I needed, but a clock would have been nice, though not a deal breaker.
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, price and front desk staff. The desk clerk brought me a box of tissues be ause mine only had two left in thr box that was there upon my arrival.

Cons:

Noisy refrigerator, noisy next door neighbor
