Pros:

The breakfast was ok. Location was probably the best since you're in the middle of Scottsdale and by the freeway.

Cons:

When we checked in for our stay no one told us that the air conditioner was out. We didn't learn about it until we checked out. When we got to our room it was 85 degrees and it would not cool down.

A good night’s rest.
Pros:

Close to baseball fields

Cons:

Wagers was not free. 😄 The other hotel nearby was free washers n dryer. That was a glorious experience for washing 3 day tournament clothes.

Great ! Stay, Great place

I loved the property, very clean , friendly staff

Cons:

The only thing was one of the guests room did not get her “Welcome “
On the screen and no trash can and when it was brought to the attention of the front desk he said I do not know .

Pros:

There is absolutely nothing about this place that was good.Breakfast was barely

Cons:

There was never anyone at the front desk. No coffee maker in the room. Bathroom door would not close. BWreakfast was barely warm. I expected more from a Hilton.

It was very pleasant for the money and I would stay here again and recommend to others.
Pros:

Buffet on both ends of the lobby, super close to the activities we were doing. The facility is clean and no carpet in the rooms. I love the actuall full shower and full size soap and shampoo and conditioner. A.C. Worked great. I love that there were window shades instead of curtains. Beds were comfy and clean. The staff was so friendly. Has a pool but didn't get to check it out because we ran out of time. It also has a pool table and a game area.

Cons:

Only 1 elevator in order and it was extremely slow and soap dispenser was empty, the cleaning people did not check it.

Good value, just need a few improvements.

There is no hospitality at this hotel. The front desk agent and anybody attached to it was outright rude. The only nice people were the maintenance and the housekeeper.

Everything was bad from check-in until we left. Four times I ask for a crib which was a pack and play, which is fine except it was broken and wouldn’t go together. They did nothing to help. I had an appointment at the MAYO CLINIC the same time check-in was they told me only thing I had to do was give them my daughter‘s ID and when it was 3 o’clock, she could get the keys and they would give her a room. They said nothing about incidentals. So when I went back to the website, they didn’t have anything about incidentals in my confirmation or anything which I do know they charge, but they said in the booking online, but it was $75. They charged me $200. And I was in the middle of the doctor appointment at the MAYO CLINIC and I had to Zelle my daughter the money so she could get in the room with her one year-old and her two-year-old. Very unfriendly, no customer service whatsoever. I will never stay there again. I go down to Scottsdale a lot. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
