The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 3 courses from our seasonal menu. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults.
Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
Parking within the Hotel grounds is very limited and chargeable at £12 per day. Alternatively there is some pay & display parking bays in and around Clifton Village, please pay at the machine.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

The view
Location is great
Room was dark, windows were old and fell apart in the night. Loud renovation Work was being done all day so could not relax in the room. The provided car park is terrible , barely a space an expensive, with the work being done the tradesman's vehicle stopped you getting close with your luggage .. over all terrible stay after such a long wait an 17 hr flight !!

My husband and I were staying there for two nights.
Catering Staff were very nice
Although reception staff sadly unhelpful
1)We spoke to a lady at receptionist and told her how unhappy we were with our room, she said she would look into it, but we didn’t hear anything.
2) Size of the bedroom, you couldn’t open the wardrobe door because the main door closer was jutting out.
3) The iron was fixed to the inside wall of the very very small clothes hanging area.
We were attending a wedding and had suits and dresses to hang, but sadly there was no room. So at night we laid our clothes on the floor and during the day we laid them on our bed.
4) The bathroom mirror was fixed so high I could only see the top of my head and my eyes this wasn’t just my problem as one of wedding guests also mentioned this to me
5) And to top it all off the fire alarm went off at 4a.m.
