The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 3 courses from our seasonal menu. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults.
Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
Parking within the Hotel grounds is very limited and chargeable at £12 per day. Alternatively there is some pay & display parking bays in and around Clifton Village, please pay at the machine.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Beautiful
Location was amazing and staff were helpful. The hotel has a nice atmosphere.
The room was very dark and had no vanity area with a mirror and a decent light for doing makeup also there was limited comfort supplies, I would have liked a hand/body moisturiser at least.
The breakfast was expensive for what it was, we didn't like using the coffee machine, the staff didn't replenish the breakfast bar very quickly so we had to wait for mugs and plates and there didn't seem to be any bread/toast just pastries

We had our evening wedding party here at the aqua nine suite for 150 guests, India our coordinator was just fab- as were the other assistants. So friendly.
The bar staff down there were not however.

I had to ring the porter to be let in at midnight and the enterance was dark needs more light.
Good that breakfast was cooked fresh,not buffet.

Room was a bit dark
The view of the Clifton Suspension Bridge was spectacular. We booked half board here and enjoyed one of the best evening meals experiences, and a wonderful breakfast. Close proximity to the bridge made this an ideal place to stay.
Confusion with parking - on the booking.com details there is apparently no parking here - and yet on arrival we discovered that they do have spaces available in the grounds of the hotel. We'd already parked and paid on a meter by the time we discovered that. Also, we booked a room with a 'landmark view' but dirty windows didn't help!
