It was ok.
Pros:

I loved the staff, breakfast and cleanliness of the property.

Cons:

I don’t like that you only have a shower in the to rooms. When you bring little kids and/or babies they can’t take a shower, that made it hard for us trying to clean up our kids after playing then having to get water off the floor from showing them and trying to bathe a baby in the sink. Having bathtubs in some should be considered especially for Mothers with small children/babies. I don’t think I will return for that reason. It was too much.

Continental breakfast gave us choices each day as we stayed 2 days. Very clean and Mgr was super accommodating as we had to wait 6 hours after checkout for a flight. We came back to hotel for an hour to hang out after going to the Aquarium- which was expensive but really nice!

Cons:

We should have gotten a king size bed so we'd have more room.

Very disappointing experience. The only reason I booked this property was because the pool was advertised on the hotel’s website and multiple third-party booking websites. I was traveling with friends who came from out of town, and we had several children with us. The pool was the main attraction and the deciding factor in choosing this hotel.

When we arrived, we were told by the front desk that the property no longer has a pool. What was even more frustrating was being told that the hotel used to have a pool, that families continue to book because they see it advertised, but the website was never updated. Essentially, we were told there was nothing they could do about it.

That is completely unacceptable. If the hotel knows it no longer has a pool, the advertising should be corrected immediately. We could not simply leave and find another hotel late in the evening with several children. We were stuck staying there despite the property not providing the primary amenity we booked it for.

The rest of the experience was poor as well. The room was just okay, the pancake machine was not working at breakfast, and the coffee was cold. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.

The way my concerns were handled at the front desk was also frustrating. When I asked for the manager’s name, I was only given a first name and told that employees were not allowed to provide last names. The attitude I received was dismissive, as though my concerns were an inconvenience.

I have also called the property several times since my stay and have yet to receive a response.

I am requesting a refund because this hotel did not provide what was advertised and therefore did not serve the purpose for which I booked it. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property—especially families—to verify directly with the hotel that the amenities being advertised are actually available before booking.

Needed a place to rest and this hotel gave us that and more
Pros:

Beds were phenominal, the shower was hot, and the breakfast was much better than we had expected. The yogurt reminded my wife and I of the yogurt from her home country of Colombia

Self care weekend
Pros:

The staff was extremely nice. From front desk to the cleaners, you could tell they enjoy their jobs. Special shout out to the breakfast lady, I left with a smile because she was so sweet.

would not recommend staying here
Pros:

the staff were very nice

Cons:

the rooms are paper thin, the ac unit makes an incredibly loud banging noise, rooms were not clean, and the people across from our room left their dog in the room all morning while they were getting breakfast- so it was barking from 6 am to 8 am.
