the staff were very nice

Cons:

the rooms are paper thin, the ac unit makes an incredibly loud banging noise, rooms were not clean, and the people across from our room left their dog in the room all morning while they were getting breakfast- so it was barking from 6 am to 8 am.

Just ok, needs modernization.
Pros:

The breakfast was not good. Food sat out. Not tasty, only tried it once

Cons:

The issue is that the standards/updates from this hotel from Hilton are not what I expected. Carpets worn. Older beds. The STAFF WAS WONDERFUL. From housekeeping to front desk and everywhere else. They are very understaffed. With some pulling double duties to fill in. Hilton, look at this hotel..many brand new hotels going up all around it. For the cost I would not stay here again . As a corporation you can be better. Please get eyes on this property. Renovate, whatever. And reward your hardworking employees. They are wonderful.

I really liked this hotel, it was a great spot to stop on our way home from vacation with our dogs.
Pros:

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and nice. We were traveling home from vacation with our dogs and saw this hotel was dog friendly. The staff loved my dog, and the hotel was nice and clean.

Cons:

The view from the room. The limited grass space when I took my dog to potty. The parking lot is also small.

Location was good for what we did. Staff was great. Hotel was clean.

They need to upgrade their mattresses. They were very hard and me, and my wife’s backs were hurting by the next day.

First room we went into was extremely dirty. White stains on the ottoman at the end of the bed. Brown stains on the wall by the bed. Headboard has white spots all over it 🤮🤢 bathroom smelled awful.

Pros:

This was a convenient and comfortable stay, however the staff was indifferent to us.

Cons:

The staff seemed put out when we asked to buy some of the snack and drink items. I guess they had to put down their phones.
