Pros:

Great location if you’re up for a Fansipan hike (only 20 min walk from one of the ranger’s station). Rooms have an amazing view! The breakfast was very delicious.

Cons:

It was quite humid in our room and the staff could exchange the bedsheets before because there were some tiny insects laying on the duvet

Extremely disappointing, promised lots, delivered nothing.
Pros:

The view was as lovely as you’d expect.

Cons:

I don’t like doing this as I’m usually quite laid back and just roll with things, however on arrival we were informed that a premium bungalow is in fact a basic bungalow, this should be changed. We were then overcharged for our bungalow type, this was sorted by the staff and we got upgraded to a “fortune bungalow” as this was what we had been charged for anyway.
The bungalow itself was incredibly damp, there was mould on the curtains and the wooden bath was dirty and leaking. We also found rubbish from previous guests in the bathroom. Due to the dampness some of the floorboards in the bathroom were rotten. A number of the balcony floorboards were also rotten. The dampness was that bad we had to put the beds heated blanket on to dry the covers.
We weren’t aware the bungalow itself is situated within a theme park, offering little to no privacy.
We were told that two bottles of water were free, the only two bottles we could find were in the mini fridge. On check out we were then informed that these bottles weren’t free, it’s not expensive I know, but it’s the principle of it. We were then shown where the free bottles were, and they were hidden under a table barely visible unless you were on the floor.
All in all extremely disappointing as this was one of our more expensive stays whilst we’ve been in Vietnam, and it fell way short of what was promised.

Great experience
Pros:

Situated in the heart of everything there is to experience. Zip lines, bike cable rides, Mario kart rides, things to also to with the kids. Downfall is all the walking especially because our room we stayed in was AA203, we always had to walk up hill to attend breakfast or food in general as there is nothing close.

Cons:

Expect the heavy windy weather. Pack a warm clothing if you plan to travel in May, here. You cannot contact the reception from the phone line in the room it doesn’t work.
