The most unacceptable part of my stay was the conduct of the General Manager and the owner toward me and my family. When we raised legitimate concerns, they were rude, dismissive, and inappropriate. I felt singled out and uncomfortable, and their treatment went beyond ordinary poor customer service. Although I cannot determine their motivation, the experience raised serious concerns about whether we were treated differently because of who we are and whether discriminatory behavior may have been involved.

The property also had significant cleanliness issues. When I lifted the bed cover, I found a clump of hair on the bed, which raised serious concerns about whether the room had been properly cleaned. In addition, both elevators had a strong, unpleasant odor.

Although the property advertises itself as pet-friendly, our experience did not reflect that claim. The way the situation involving our pet was handled felt inconsistent with what guests should reasonably expect from a hotel that promotes itself as welcoming to pets.

Noise was another major problem. The property is located very close to the highway, and trucks could be heard clearly throughout the night. The noise was highly disruptive and made it difficult for my family to sleep.

Had a leaky shower door that always left a puddle of water on bathroom floor after every shower use. Window shade chain broke, but could still use if careful.

There were some dirty spots in the shower. Housekeeping didn't come in at all so we ran out of soap. We had asked them not to come the first night but we wanted them to come the next day but they didn't.

Entrati nella stanza come sempre temperatura glaciale, quando abbiamo cercato di portare la stanza a una temperatura decente alzando il termostato (di pochi gradi giusto per non morire di freddo), ha iniziato ad uscire un odore di brociato preoccupante..spento subito il condizionatore.
In merito alla colazione, abbiamo dovuto richiedere alcune come come ad esempio il burro che c'erano ma non erano state messe a disposizione della clientela.
Oltre a questo l'assistenza non é stata all'altezza: é stato spedito un pacco 14 giorni prima del nostro arrivo alla struttura (con estrema fatica siamo riusciti a contattare una persona per ottenere conferma che non fosse un problema per la struttura), ma al nostro arrivo il pacco era andato perso. Dopo ore di ricerche é stato ritrovato in un ufficio peró chiuso nel week end, risultato: siamo ripartiti per l'Italia senza pacco e la politica dell'hotel non prevede rimborsi o spedizioni a carico loro! Questo per me non è un servizio all'altezza del nome hilton (detto dal cliente Gold).

I ordered 2 queen bed room from Booking. com with this hotel. When we are there , hotel front desk person said. you can't stay here, we don't have a your ordered room, you can returned your money yourself at Booking.com.And middle of night me and my daugther, husband need to search another hotel. horrible.. we are very tired and long time car drive, almost 8 hour..pay attention is very cold and mean..

The mattresses are thin and the sheets are ill-fitting so they became loose very easily. The air conditioner compressor made a loud noise every time it came on. The mini frig compressor made a loud noise when it went off, enough to wake us. The bathroom faucet aerator was broken causing water to splash out of the sink onto us when turning on. One side of the mirror light was out. One of the electrical outlets under the television didn't work. When we came in one evening our keys didn't work anymore and apparently there was a company-wide computer glitch causing our room to be assigned to someone else in the computer. The front desk person quickly checked this out and fixed it but it was a bit disconcerting.

The chips ,candy and soda were entirely too expensive.

They said the room I booked was dirty and said everything would be comped and we could stay at their sister hotel but I never got a refund and the other hotel said I wouldn’t get charged a fee and my card the next day was charged $200
