Hôtel confortable mais personnel à former à l’hôtellerie et la restauration

Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse

Cons:

Le personnel parle peu français et ce n’était pas indiqué. Aucun manager pour encadrer les novices à l’accueil pour le Check in ou la salle de restaurant. Service clients à revoir du début à la fin pour l’expérience clients ….

Une. Ville pleine d'attraits. Un personnel compréhensif et très serviable. Un habitacle parfait.

Très bon accueil. Très compréhensif. Aux petits soins pour nous diriger et pour passer la commande au restaurant.

Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
Pros:

Leuk ingerichte kamer, rustig en goed geluidsgeïsoleerd met een heerlijk bed. Het ontbijt is ruim voldoende en vers, personeel erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Locatie is wat minder, maar openbaar vervoer is op nog geen 1 minuut lopen. Een Uber richting centrum zou circa €20,- kosten.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal und die Privatsphäre.

Cons:

Wiedereimal Marriott und ihre Lüftung. Es war kalt ich habe mich erkältet. Man kann die Raumtemperatur nicht erhöhen.
Frühstück immer das gleiche, keine grosse Auswahl. Die Küche in Belgien lässt glaube ich allgemein zu wünschen übrig. Fleisch wie Schuhsohle, Pasta viel zu lange gekocht, eher Püree

De ruime schone kamer.

Cons:

Ontbijt. Op zich ruime keuze. Maar kleine ruime voor grootte van het hotel daardoor druk. Besteken glazen van op.

Jammer van dit slechte ontbijt. Hierdoor kiezen we nooit meer voor Marriot.
Pros:

De kamer was goed. Schoon en ruimte was prettig.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was zo enorm slecht:
- slechte kwaliteit koffie
- smakeloze broodjes
- instant jus d’orange
- geen aarbeienjam meer om 8.10 uur
- fruit bestond uit bruin geworden plakjes banaan op een schaal
- yoghurt was lauw
- op de vraag of er meer ananas was, was het antwoord nee. Een uur later toen we juist weg wilden gaan stond er plots toch een nieuwe schaal.
- ham had een vieze smaak
- crusli smaakte naar Italiaanse kruiden.
