It was very nice and clean. The staff reached out to me on text just to check in and be sure that everything was good. House keeping comes every other day. Everything is great! So nice. Will definitely be staying again 😃

Room was clean. Had self-service laundry facilities. Easy access to what we wanted to see.
The front desk person told us we needed cash for washer/dryer which we didn’t have. It was late at night so only option was to use ATM on site. That resulted in atm and bank charges. When we got to laundry room we saw stickers on washer/dryer that allowed us to pay using QR. That was pretty frustrating.
Location to our reunion. Easy to get to. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL in customer service every step of the way. A young gal with layered brown/black hair just below shoulders was on staff the night we checked in. Just 18 years old as I recall (i think). She’s really excellent with customers and knowledgeable. Extremely compassionate and kind. There was a manager too who helped via phone and was thorough, understanding and extremely helpful in the following days after our stay. . They did everything they could to help us with an issue we were having. One in our party had some medical concerns that made it difficult for a solution that could work for them. Felt amazing to receive this high level of customer service!
Had an issue with a clump of hair inside the sheets. Some gunk on the wall by headboards.

Very disappointed in the breakfast that was served. Toaster not working, out of most things that needed to be replaced. No plates, no orange juice, waited for food to be cooked and put out. Person in charge was very nice but needed help due to new position for her. Overwhelmed for her. Otherwise, our stay was very good and enjoyable. Thank you, Natalie.

Dog Friendly hotel.
Unfortunately the dog friendly room smelled like pet urine and was very uncomfortable. They failed to clean our room as scheduled so we had to tolerate the smell the whole trip. I had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper.
Breakfast was terrible. Really disappointed. Boiled eggs are gross.
The outdoor facility is completely rock and gravel & hot for pets. Not dog friendly. We traveled 16hours and will find another hotel next time.
Room was huge, clean, quiet and comfy.
Breakfast ended at 9, before we were ready, so we didn’t get breakfast ☹️
