Breakfast was fabulous

Cons:

The pools general were small and overrun, difficult to find space. Had to pay to use other pools
There is no adults only pool which you don’t pay for
Even though it said no toys balls in pool it was full of them
The children ran amok in the pools even in the private LPM pool and didn’t listen to staff - parents didn’t care. Dangerous behaviour by the kids - felt sorry for the staff who kept telling them not to. Should have some sort of action as it disrupted so many other guests - should be removed from the pool

Puente Romano Marbella is the perfect place for a beautiful escape by the Mediterranean. The location is exceptional, right by the sea, with stunning lush gardens and an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and effortlessly relaxed.

The beautiful gardens, filled with vibrant Mediterranean vegetation, create a wonderful sense of tranquillity while still being at the heart of Marbella. We loved the variety of restaurants and the lively yet elegant atmosphere throughout the resort.

It is the kind of place where you can completely disconnect, enjoy the sea, beautiful surroundings and exceptional dining, while experiencing the sophisticated spirit of Marbella.

A truly special destination for a relaxing seaside getaway. We absolutely loved our three-night stay

Tinha todo potencial para ser maravilhoso, mas a área de banho é uma decepção.
Pros:

Ter serviço de quarto bem feito 2 vezes ao dia, com água e toalhas limpas. Funcioários. Café da manhã MARAVILHOSO e academia MARAVILHOSA!

Cons:

Sentimos falta de uma piscina bacana e um local bacana para ficar na praia sem pagar nada a mais. Para ficar na piscina bacana do hotel, precisa pagar 250 euros por pessoa de consumo mínimo. Me hospedo nos melhores hotéis do mundo e nunca havia experimentado pagar um valor tão alto por um bom quarto, café da manhã e academia, sem ter uma bela duma piscina. As 2 disponíveis sem custo tinha crianças pequenas, pouco espaço. Existia uma parte para maiores de 18 anos. Mas um filho meu tinha 16. Falta uma área comum bacana com uma baita piscina neste hotel. Qualquer movimento era cobrado. Falo com conhecimento. Estou disposta a pagar mas ter o serviço de primeiro mundo que não tive. Era praticamente um quarto que eu tive. A praia desta região deixa a desejar, então esperava no mínimo um lugar caprichado para me sentar incluido no valor da diária. Ou uma piscina especial. Se procura um local para ter área comum bacana, não é aqui. Todas as pessoas de fora podem vir e acessar os restaurantes que são lindos. Resumindo, passamos nos dias nos melhores beach clubs da região, pagos à parte.

Highlight is the breakfast, otherwise didn't stand up to the price or reputation
Pros:

Awesome location, incredible breakfast. Mostly great staff... aside from the one who entered the room without checking we were in there first!

Cons:

Shower was terrible, over head pointless so had to resort to hand held. Air con smelly. Paid a high price for a sea view... yes we got one, but over the top of a sea gull splattered plastic roof. Coffee pods never voluntarily filled up by room service, on arrival there were 3x decaff and 1x normal. Paying this high price for a room, then €1-200 extra for sunbeds is not acceptable.

Nos encantó el desayuno. El servicio fue muy bueno, el personal muy amable, Jose, Javi, Lola. Susana del restaurante. Las pistas de tenis geniales, aunque cobran el alquiler con lo que ya vale la reserva, creo que debería estar incluido. El parking incluido muy bien. La ubicación al lado de la playa genial. Y mucho ambiente, para gente joven, perfecto

En nuestra habitación, se oía una puerta de acceso que estaba cerca y chirriaba y al cerrarse daba portazo, eso era un poco latoso.
