whenever we come back to venice we will definitely stay at that hotel

everything from the checkout to the time we spent at the hotel the hope we receive by Aman the desk clerk was amazing. He really made the trip more enjoyable for us.

Perfect small hotel in a brilliant location.
Pros:

Great staff. Lift only goes to the fourth floor and we were on five. But the room was big and with a patio that looked up to the bell tower. Location could not be better, gondola stop outside and 30 second walk to St Mark's square. Breakfast was good. Rooms fresh and clean.

Cons:

Not great disabled access.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR
Pros:

Accueil convivial et professionnel, disponibilité du personnel, avenant, attentionné, et très efficace. Ils font leur maximum pour faciliter les choses et rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible à leurs clients
Le confort de la chambre, ainsi que le calme au 5ème étage où il n'y a que 3 chambres. Nous avions une chambre avec une terrasse et vue sur les toits de Venise et sur le Campanile. Hôtel très bien situé, à une centaine de mètres de la piazza San Marco, et des monuments les plus connus à visiter. Très bon petit déjeuner, service convivial et prévenant. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans la salle du restaurant San Marco qui fait partie de l'hôtel. Il est également possible d'y prendre des repas le midi ou le soir. Nous reviendrions sans aucune hésitation.

Tutto, camera pulita e moderna, staff gentile e disponibile, particolari importanti per un hotel tre stelle, come ad esempio, ciabattine, kit bagno, macchinetta caffè a cialde, acqua.

Allerdings nur für 2-3Tage Aufenthalt, zuwenig Ablage für 2 Personen für mehrere Tage, Garderobe für Jacken fehlt, was bei Regen sehr störend ist
