Pros:

It was clean and the staff was very friendly.!

Cons:

The mattress on the bed was too soft, we both have bad backs so the soft mattress not good for us.

My room did not get clean and I hate the fact that y'all didn't have a microwave

Cons:

Nobody came to clean my room. Garbage was piled up. We didn't have any more towels. We had to use the same tile we used today before. For $500 I thought they were least clean the room and have a microwave $500 for two nights and no microwave in the room is crazy. Please invest in the microwave.

Being a Hilton we expected way better.
No microwave.
No coffee maker.
Shower needs maintenance.
Need different bed frame kept hurting our legs each time we got in and out.
More pillows and better.
More breakfast options
