Stained pillow cases upon check in. Room not feather free as requested and confirmed. No Hilton Diamond parking spots. Not impressed to say the least.
The breakfast buffet is the best that I have seen in home 2 suites, the chicken is a great addition and taste delicious, the quality of the food is outstanding, and I like the variety of the food, I am here for 10 days and I will probably extend my stay for a week more in this location. The GM and team hospitality is appreciated, Thank you.

This hotel was extremely pleasant and convenient. Paula did a great job in cleaning and maintaining my room.
Our stay here has been very comfortable. The staff are kind and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern with nice bathrooms. Housekeeping is good, Kyani does an especially good job. The A/C works beautifully and the kitchen has everything you need.
Location is great.
No hot tub. But that’s not a huge deal.

We had a wonderful stay at the Home2 Suites on N 44th Street in Phoenix! The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, a good price per night and conveniently located, making it a great home base for our trip.
One of the highlights of our stay was breakfast each morning. Jaime did an absolutely fantastic job with the breakfast spread. Everything was well-stocked, fresh, organized, and presented beautifully. You could tell she genuinely cared about creating a welcoming experience for guests. Her hard work, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made a great start to each day of our stay.
The entire staff was welcoming and helpful, and the hotel had a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere that we really appreciated while traveling with our daughter.
Thank you to Jaime, Sade, Warren and the Home2 Suites team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Phoenix! 🌟🏨☀️
Staff are always friendly
Our room had mold in the shower, carpet had huge stains, and there was hair on the dresser counter. Bed was also uncomfortable.
It was easy to find. The room had so many amenities. And the front check in staff was very nice while being efficient! And it had a smart tv.

Hotel was great for our family, we had room to hang out together.
Warren did an outstanding job checking me into my room, since I was having issues with the app to get my digital key. The room was perfect and the breakfast was perfect.
The check in process was smooth. Warren at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Making me feel comfortable to ask any questions about our stay. The room had enough room for our family of 3. Refrigerator and kitchenette were very helpful. I would stay again.

Jaime provided an excellent breakfast experience, sweet, kind, and very accommodating to my needs.
Really enjoyed my breakfast today. Jamie was a one woman showing keeping everything on pointe: eggs were coming out exactly on time so they weren't getting rubbery in the hot food cabinet, keeping the juice dispenser area from getting sticky and being the loveliest friendly face. Thank you, Jamie!
