Overall a great facility, friendly staff, comfortable, great amenities. .

Cons:

However, when I checked in I was told there were two (2) reservations under my name and was told to call Bookings com to make the correction. I urged the AGM to help me, which he did and was able to reverse the booking. Sorry, but I'm not using Bookings.com again. I've told my circle of friends and family of my potentially EXPENSIVE stay

Very nice facility. Staff were friendly.

1. Bathroom fan did not work
2. Safe did not work
3. No Ventilation in pool area. Had to open door to let fresh air in. Slippery floor. Water was extremely cloudy.
4. Sofa bed very uncomfortable.

Clean, large room, convenient location, efficient check-in

Cons:

Breakfast was a madhouse, so many people with so few seats. Staff had brought extra chairs from the conference room (kuddos for their initiative but shouldn't be necessary).

great staff but extra parking fees will keep me from rebooking with this hotel

I liked the location and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

paying to park in a location that has no other parking options and a fully empty lot is infuriating and I will not come back for that reason. It's a total money grab and lets me know that you see your customers as ways to make extra money since I already payed to stay there. Additionally, I skipped the free breakfast due to the hectic/crowded conditions each day I stayed

Would’ve been awesome, except for the room next to the stairs
Pros:

First night was great. Slept well. I was on the third floor next to the stairwell.
Not something I would recommend
I heard people going up and down the stairs all night long kept me awake

Cons:

My room was next to the stairwell
Kids were running up and down the stairs all night long my family was unable to sleep that night

The staff was very friendly and helpful, anything we needed they go it for us.

Cons:

The breakfast was awful, food was really not good. None of the members in my family liked it. It was also dirty. There were lots of people eating and no one cleaning, especially the waffle station. It was really busy and gross. The fan in the bathroom didn't work also so it was very humid in our room after 5 people had taken showers.

Overall just ok.
Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

There was a large group of guest with several children of all ages that we just running amuck throughout the entire hotel. The parents were outside at the one and only fire pit enjoying adult beverages and paying little ton no attention to the children. It was an absolute mad house. We tried to enjoy the amenities but the noise level was insufferable. This really disappointed me but I guess I can’t say it was necessarily the hotels fault. To other potential guest be aware of large sporting events in the area as this maybe a popular hotel and you may have a similar disappointment.

Outstanding Performance
Pros:

The staff at this hotel is fantastic and incredibly caring! During my extended stay in Hillsboro, while working on a local project, I fell ill and couldn’t leave the hotel to get food or drinks. The hotel team went above and beyond to take care of my needs and help me recover. I’m forever grateful for their kindness and support.
