Pros:

Comfortable bed and good gym

Cons:

Price for spa too much high and little bit sound coming inside the room because there was gym and pool at same floor and place is small and blanket for bed too thick and feel hot

You guys have such an amazing team! ❤️ The service was truly exceptional. Loved every bit of it!
Pros:

I initially booked for one night, but ended up extending our stay for another night because we really enjoyed our time here.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We did have an issue with the AC during our stay, and I actually woke up around 5 AM because of the loud sound. We called reception, and Varghese immediately took action and moved us to a Junior Suite. He also arranged complimentary breakfast and extended our check-out until 2 PM, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really made a difference.

Honestly, all the staff were wonderful — from check-in and check-out, to the security team and bellboy. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Since it was our first time staying at DoubleTree, one of the staff members even came to our room with fruits and sweets as a welcome gesture. Such a simple thing, but it made us feel really special.

I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels in Doha, and while we all know DoubleTree is a great hotel, what really stood out for me was the people and the service. They genuinely made our stay memorable.

Thank you to the entire team, especially Varghese, for taking such good care of us. DoubleTree in Alsadd is definitely one of my top choices in Doha now!

Reassuring DoubleTree standard. Convenient location equidistant to the airport and West Bay area.
Pros:

Usual standard of DoubleTree by Hilton - didn't disappoint. Wide and varied spread at breakfast buffet including Indian and Asian offerings as well. Was assigned a spacious room with a desk and a sofa; and the bathroom had a separate walk-in shower to the bath tub; all on a high floor, which was appreciated.

Cons:

Couldn't find any USB sockets in the room (other than in the back of the TV, which proved slow to charge so we gave up). Ended up buying a plug locally. At breakfast there was only one coffee machine so a queue formed quite quickly; staff were slow to replenish the shelf with clean cups and teapots.
