Pros:

Hotel muy nuevo y limpio. En buenísima ubicación, a sólo 5 minutos del centro de Shinjuku.
El servicio fue súper amable y nos ayudó en todo momento.

飯店人員很親切
Pros:

飯店人員很親切，飯店採自助登記，旁邊就有lawson很方便，晚上附近算安靜，不會有吵雜的聲音。
走路約10分鐘內就可以走到3丁目地鐵入口。

Very small but new, clean, good location and for good price
Pros:

Just beside Shinjuku train station, but far enough to not hear trains nor Kabukicho night life. Clean and everything advertised was prepared. New and modern. Can recommend in general.

Cons:

Small in general. They saved the space where possible. No place to store bigger luggage and no wardrobe.
