Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay were disappointing. The hotel offers very limited facilities, and there was not even complimentary drinking water provided in the room. When I asked about drinking water, I was advised by the staff to drink tap water instead.

The breakfast was another major letdown. The selection was very limited, repetitive, and of poor quality. On the morning of 18 June, I asked a male staff member about yogurt, which is intended to be served with the cereal. He informed me that it had run out, despite breakfast service still being in operation. Later, another staff member was able to refill an entire bowl of yogurt without any issue. This gave the impression that the information provided was inaccurate and that the staff member was unwilling to assist guests.

While the hotel’s location and cleanliness are positives, the lack of basic amenities, disappointing breakfast, and poor service experience significantly affected my stay.

La chambre et la salle de bain ne sont pas très grandes voire un peu exigües. Le check in se fait pile à 15h bien que les chambres soient prêtes, après un long vol c'est un peu rude.

La cosa terribile è la stanza dei fumatori nella hall della struttura, vicino all'ingresso, ogni volta che si entra o si esce puzza di fumo, a qualsiasi ora, ed è veramente un peccato. Un consiglio :) spostatela. La camera è eccessivamente piccola. Non riuscivamo ad aprire le valigie, che occupavano anche il piccolo corridoio quindi ostruivano il passaggio seppur tenendole chiuse. La colazione, veramente povera e per la maggioranza in stile asiatico, quindi riso e condimenti salati. All'arrivo ti fanno fare il self check-in mentre ci sono alle spalle i receptionist per "aiutarti" visto che la procedura è abbastanza lunga ed un pò articolata, tanto vale che visto che sono li si occupassero direttamente loro della registrazione cliente, altrimenti non hanno senso, situazione un pò ridicola. Ideale solo per pochi giorni, con il senno di poi non mi spingerei oltre le due notti. Attese per l'ascensore lunghe.

I heard people talk about the pillows… oh my god they are not wrong, genuinely they are like cement bricks, and sure Japanese hotel rooms are small but this is genuinely crazily small

No nos gustó que la cama estaba pegada a la ventana y por ende a una cortina que coge mucho polvo, ambos somos alérgicos, así que las noches y los despertares fueron un poco desagradables, hasta que descubrimos que poniendo el aire acondicionado en modo dry y cambiando la disposición de las almohadas la cosa mejoraba. Algo es algo :)
Hay un cuarto para fumadores.

Smoking hall is in lobby so both first floor and second floor smells like cigarettes. Laundry machine does not dry well and the bed is pressed up against the wall directly under the curtains which is gross because the curtains touch you when you sleep and we know they arent replaced.

Como punto negativo, aunque el check-in estaba indicado a las 15:00, nos hicieron esperar hasta esa hora exacta para acceder, cuando probablemente las habitaciones ya estaban listas antes. Además, el proceso de check-in no es con personal, sino a través de una máquina, y el trato del staff no fue especialmente amable ni cercano.

En general, una estancia correcta, pero con margen de mejora en la atención al cliente y la flexibilidad en la llegada.
