Pros:

Great location, close to the old town, clean room with balcony, small spa center. The kids liked the option to stay on the 2nd floor, as well as the slide.

Cons:

Although Booking stated that there was free parking, we were denied parking at check-in on the grounds that our car was too big. This was a big inconvenience😡

Everything except parking.

Cons:

On the listing page, both in the mobile version and in the application, there was no information about any parking restrictions or vehicle size limitations. The property repeatedly advertised PARKING, which was an important factor in my decision to book this accommodation.

A few days before arrival, the host unexpectedly asked for the size of my car. After I informed them that I drive a Volvo XC60, which is a standard-sized SUV, I was told that they would not be able to provide a parking space. What makes this situation even more confusing is that we were traveling with friends whose vehicle is of a very similar size, and their parking space was confirmed without any issues.

Upon arrival, I asked again whether a parking space could be provided. Parking was very important to me, as the apartment is located in the city center, where finding safe parking is difficult and often expensive. Despite advertising free parking, the host refused to provide a parking space and instead offered a paid parking option for 100 PLN per day. :)

Dobra lokalizacja

Cons:

Niby parking bezpłatny ale trzeba najpierw sprawdzić wymiary swego auta żeby później nie być zdziwionym że się nie zmieści do garażu . Tylko samochody do wysokości 1,5 metra . Druga sprawa to pobieranie 500 zł kaucji która powinna być zwrócona w ciągu 14 dni .

Fantastic value for money & location
Pros:

Amazing location, very well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable stay overall. We loved how close it is to everything! We also tried out the spa section - it was pretty decent, but we hoped for a finnish dry sauna too. Nothing to cry about though.

Było ok, ale wnioskując ze zdjęć i ceny spodziewaliśmy się, że nie bedzie tych wszystkich minusów.
Pros:

Lokalizacja była bardzo w porządku, szczególnie dla osób, które chcą byc blisko starego miasta bez potrzeby korzystania z dodatkowego transportu.

Cons:

1. Lokal i korytarz wymagają odświeżenia - szczególnie drzwi wejściowe i drzwi w łazience. Nie wyglądają zachęcająco.
2. Od rana było bardzo głośno - okna wychodzą na zaplecza lokali usługowych i sklepów, dla osób, które lubią pospać to może być problem.
3. Bardzo było słychać sąsiadów z lokalu obok - nie hałasowali specjalnie, po prostu drzwi nie chroniły przed dźwiękami z zewnątrz.
4. Byłoby miło, gdyby ktoś uprzedzał, przed rezerwacją apartamentu o ograniczeniach gabarytowych miejsc parkingowych (jeździmy suvem nie ciężarówką).
5. Basen był mało zachęcający, znacząco różnił się od tego na zdjęciach.

Pros:

Property was located perfectly in a walking distance to major touristic attractions. Nice and big apartment with all amenities required. Reception had a 24/7 security on site which allowed us to feel very safe.

Cons:

Nothing much really - all was well kept and maintained, the only setback was with a parking as due too the total length of my car >5m I had to use a public parking and pay extra but I was well informed ahead of time and instructed which parking is the nearest and where I can safely park my car so overall very positive.
