Excellent Location and Wonderful Staff
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and all the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating.
We arrived very early, and the staff kindly allowed us to have breakfast while we waited. There was a good choice for breakfast As we were travelling as a family, they also managed to arrange three rooms for us on the same floor, which we really appreciated.
We were also able to access our room before the official check-in time, which was incredibly convenient as it gave us the opportunity to freshen up and rest after our journey before heading out.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and really appreciated the hospitality and excellent service from the staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone was very kind and spoke English, which made communication very easy. The hotel is new, modern, and very clean. We also loved the location, as it is very close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar.
Although the hotel advertises a SPA, we were a little disappointed to find out that none of the SPA facilities are included for free. When we saw that the hotel had a SPA, we assumed that we would have access to at least some of the facilities as hotel guests. It would be helpful if this was made clearer when booking.
Perfect location, walking distance to city centre and plenty of amazing restaurants around. Beautiful hotel and staff were so accommodating and helpful.
We enjoyed such a pleasant stay. The staff was very nice and helpful, and always there to answer any questions. Kaan was especially friendly! The breakfast provided was generous and had many options. The cleanliness of all the facilities were also very impressive. The location was also very ideal we were not not far away from anything.

Excellent hospitality
Habitación muy amplia para cuatro persona. Ubicación fantástica: muy cerca de Santa Soifia, la mezquita azul y el centro turístico de Estambul. El personal muy amable. Nos dieron la habitación dos horas y media antes de la hora en la que debían hacerlo. Llegamos muy pronto y fueron muy amables. El desayuno no es el típico de los restaurantes de España, pero a mí me encantó.
