I was able to rest well in the hotel room after a full day sight seeing
Pros:

Location is excellent; Judy right across the street from train station

Cons:

The shower was not installed in a custom services way. I couldn’t keep the water from splashing out to the bathroom floor

Management need to provide more amenities in the room. Not great for coffee lovers

Great view of the lake

Cons:

No airconditioning made it difficult duirng a heat wave. No coffee facilities in room and couldn't access pods to make coffee downstairs, even when willing to pay, before 7am in the morning which made it difficult for an early start

Small room, very bad service
Pros:

Central location , train station 1 min walk.

Cons:

We did not get luky with geting room on the side of Jazz Festival disko area. I could not get sleep because of the loud music till 3 at night.
The room was tiny…..
And the stuff did not care. At the reception the girl suggested for me ear plugs… Also inroom dining… ordered cappuchino and ice to my room and never got it….. Telephone also did not work….
Overall , ruined impression of very beautiful city.

Pros:

Все было великолепно. Жаль, что приехала всего на 1 ночь. Отель предоставил upgrade и номер был с террасой и великолепным видом на Женевское озеро 😃. В номере кофе машина , удалось насладиться видом под утренний кофе сидя на террасе .

Pros:

飯店就在車站對面超級方便，旁邊就有一家小COOP，走遠一點還有一家大COOP。
走至湖畔也僅需五分鐘。住宿期間剛好遇到熱浪，雖然是古老建築，但配有中央空調，舒適涼爽，非常棒!

Great hotel with stunning views of lake Geneva
Pros:

What a beautiful hotel. Every one of the staff were helpful and accommodating - the front desk, porter and restaurant staff.

Cons:

The WiFi was incredibly difficult to set up. Even the front desk staff had an issue. This needs attention as travellers use WiFi frequently. This was however a minor issue for us.
