Tout simplement parfait
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse et confortable. Piscine sur place qui est un vrai plus compte tenu des températures. La gérante a été au petit soin et attentive à nos demandes. Ensemble du personnel très gentil et souriant.
Situé à deux pas du centre ville tout en étant au calme. De plus des vélos sont disponible gratuitement.
Possibilité de passer par l’hôtel pour les transfert vers l’aéroport (prix plus avantageux que sur Grab).

Very kind greetings. The room was a bit small, but it was enough for two. They were very kind to allow a late check out, and the help a lot to went everything super smooth.
The breakfast is different then in other places. You have to order what do you wanna eat and you order only one meal. It was good.

Pros:

No m’ha agradat, però tampoc es el pitjor... Les fotos de la piscina no tenen que vore en la realitat. El desdejuni molt limitat, la nit d’abans et diuen que elegisques 1 plat i 1 beguda. Les habitacions bé però no molt ben netes… a la nit quan arribarem l’home de recepció no sabia anglés i haviem de comunicar-nos per signes… la nevera de la nostra habitació no anava. Per passar una nit bé, no més.

Pros:

L’hôtel est très agréable et très accueillant, on s’y sent très bien tout de suite. Il est à 15min à pied de tous les centres d’intérêt de la ville, tout en étant au calme.
Nhi, la personne de l’accueil, parle tres bien anglais, a été très accueillante et très serviable, pleine de bons conseils sans nous forcer à réserver.
Tous les matins, vous avez droit à une boisson et un plat au choix à la carte pour le petit déjeuner, tout est préparé maison à la maison et c’est délicieux

Nous recommandons cet hôtel et nous serons ravis d’y revenir, merci !

Le petit déjeuner était nul: un buffet qui se résume à 3 bouts de maïs, de la salade et tomates cerises
Une espèce de gâteau bourratif toujours le même ptrois jours durant
Il fallait pleurer pour avoir des œufs au plat

We werden bij het inchecken meteen goed geholpen door de gastvrouw die ons allerlei tips gaf. We hebben een gratis upgrade gekregen naar een grotere kamer! En het ontbijt elke ochtend was heerlijk😊

Hotel pulito e accogliente. Posizione ottima, ubicato in una via tranquilla e a pochi passi dal centro. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, ci ha aiutato a ordinare un grab per aver dimenticato una borsa. In più al mattino ti preparano una colazione buona e fresca.

Cons:

Misleading photos and poor service
I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was much smaller than advertised and lacked basic hygiene standards. On top of the unpleasant odor and lack of amenities, the staff were unprofessional and dismissive. This is a classic "expectation vs. reality" fail. Avoid at all costs.

Very friendly hosts, clean facility, good offering of beverages and the breakfast was everything we needed. We had a problem with our TV and it was taken care of very quickly
