We had a great stay and would recommend staying at this hotel.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect for us - very close to the station and shopping mall. The breakfast was great, with lots of options.

Cons:

The main issue we had was that we struggled to get hot water in the room. When it did work, it took some time to come through.

都ホテルというより、少し高めのシティホテル。
Pros:

足が悪いので、エレベーター付近の部屋を希望とあらかじめ伝えていたら、本当にエレベーター付近の部屋を確保してくれました。

Cons:

家内の食物アレルギーのことがレストランに伝わってなかった。
トイレの便器が少し臭ってました。
