The hotel was convenient, with easy access to trains and buses. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and it was close to all amenities. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was quite spacious for 2 females sharing with 2 beds. It was very clean and bright with a small fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The breakfast was quite abundant too, with both Eastern and Western fair. The hotel is located directly across the street from the train station and was very convenient for our arrival and departure by train. I would recommend this hotel to visitors to Kyoto.
This hotel came recommended by friends as it's centrally located and walkable to the station. We did have to get 2 rooms for our family of 4 It feels like a slightly older hotel but was convenient having the big restaurant downstairs. There were so many restaurants nearby by and the Aaon Mall next door. We were able to meet our tour guide in the lobby and head right out over to the train station.
The elevators had a strange garlic aroma.

The Hotel Staff , very nice, very helpful, very informative.
The location was very good, close to the train station, shopping & bus center for touring the sights. The room was good in size, enough room to accommodate a table & chairs comfortably & for our 4 pcs of luggage ( lots of souvenirs purchased)

I really like that it’s close to Kyoto Station, convenient transportation, shopping, restaurants, combini,and the hotel is very nice.

It was very close and walking distance from Kyoto station. Rooms were spacious as I was with my family i.e 2 adults and 2 kids. U have a water dispensar on each floor to fill your bottles while leaving the hotel.

予約の際に、サイトとホテルにそれぞれ4回ほどのメールとメッセージに「出張のため、会社名を入れた領収書」との要請に、BOOKING側は「ホテル側にて発行」との返答、ホテル側は「承知しました」との返事を貰いました。けれど、残念なことに、実際チェックインした際に、ホテルから「ホテルでお支払いいただいていないものになりますので、領収書は発行できかねます。当初ご案内したとおり、チェックアウト時に宿泊証明書をお渡ししております。」との呆れた返事。仕方なく、BOOKINGサイトの領収書をみると、案の定、領収書の宛名は宿泊者名や社名ではなく、予約を取った私の個人名となってます。 「領収書に社名を記入する」、この問題を解決するには、どうしたらいいでしょうか?
