都ホテルというより、少し高めのシティホテル。
Pros:

足が悪いので、エレベーター付近の部屋を希望とあらかじめ伝えていたら、本当にエレベーター付近の部屋を確保してくれました。

Cons:

家内の食物アレルギーのことがレストランに伝わってなかった。
トイレの便器が少し臭ってました。
