Great location, helpful staff, spacious room size

Pros:

Very nice and helpfull staff.
There was a luggage-storage room which was very nice since the late check in.

Cons:

Late check in at 4 pm.
The sitting lobby-area was not free without you having to buy something to drink/eat and it was not open 24/7.

Guter Ausgangspunkt in zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Man hat uns sogar einen early check in für einen kleinen Betrag angeboten, das war sehr gut 👍.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist doch etwas unruhig, da hier sehr viele Gruppenreisen übernachten. Dies spiegelt sich auch auf die Lautstärke im Flur oder anderen Räumlichkeiten wieder. Das Hotel beinhaltet mehre Restaurants die ein Frühstück anbieten, wobei sich hier längere Warteschlangen, ebenfalls bezüglich der Gruppenreisen bilden. Wir sind somit eher zum Bahnhof ausgewichen.

Excellent hotel, with a couple of things to note
Pros:

Room was upgraded when I arrived. Very spacious and clean and had all amenities. Staff very attentive and helpful. Breakfast spread had huge variety.

Cons:

There was a line for breakfast at around 7:30am. At least on the day I stayed, the hotel was extremely busy. My room on the 10th floor was close to the roof, so there was a constant audible hum coming from what I suppose was the air-conditioning - didn't affect my sleep though.

Pros:

Plenty more spacious compared to the train station Miyako we stayed at last year!

また泊まりたい宿となりました。
Pros:

別館のツインの部屋でした。天井は高く部屋は広々、清掃も行き届いておりました。
室内は静かで、マットレス、枕は自分好みで熟睡できました。
タクシーを呼んで頂けますかと、ロビーにいらしたベテラン男性スタッフの方に依頼をすると
小走りで道路まで向かい、タクシーを呼んで頂けました。
その方は私がタクシーに乗車の際、頭上お気をつけて下さいと手を添えて頂きアテンド。
その全ての心遣いが印象に残っています。ありがとうございました。
また京都へ来た際は、宿泊させて頂きたいと思います。

Cons:

客室のダウンライトのスイッチが分からず、アイマスクをして就寝。
懲りずに、帰り際何度もスイッチを探しましたが見つからず。
分かりやすくして頂けると良いかと思います。
あと、壁面の壁紙がそろそろ張替時期ですね。

京都ならまたリピートしたいホテル。
Pros:

市内の寺院巡りでアクセスよし。少しあるけば、手頃な居酒屋もあり。伊丹へもリムジン便利。リムジンの時間までスーツケースをクロークに預けておでかけできるしロケーション最高。

Cons:

さすがに京都は外人さん多い。中国のかたはすくなかったけど。朝のエレベータやロビー渋滞ぎみ。

Terrible hospitality and service
Pros:

The service is terrible....the staff were very rude and showed racism..this is a shame for Japanese hospitality...they made me wait for half an hour for check in process ..i was patient...but they let all the other people to check in who came after me and i was rudely sent back to stand in the queue line by the staff...when one was even following the queue...I was the only person standing...will never suggest this place to anyone....I have traveled to half of European countries and many other Asian countries...but never faced such issue

Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado, muito perto da estação de Kioto, o que foi ótimo para os nossos dias corridos, a visitar diferentes pontos turísticos. O quarto era espaçoso, confortável e com todas as comodidades necessárias.
