April & Leanne were exceptionally gracious, polite and very friendly
The amenities outside of the room within the property were great
The room it self was clean however no closet or storage area other than a bench and hangers right by the door. Very similar to a hotel 6 or studio 6
It was close to the airport
The room was clean. However, I was not expecting the additional $15 charge to park my car overnight. In addition, I spent 15 minutes downloading and setting up the apt to use the keyless enter the day before our arrival and it didn’t work. When I arrived, there were 5 people in front of me waiting to check in and there was only one person working the front desk. In addition, he was answering the phone to set up shuttle service. To find out that they only needed to verify my credit card which is why the keyless enter did not work. I would not use this hotel again because the keyless service that you boasted about did not work. It took 30 minutes to check in addition to the time I spent setting up the apt. If you are going to charge the guests that are staying there an additional $15 to park their car, then that needs to be highlighted in your website. I deleted the apt and will choose a different hotel next time. I would also say to anyone choosing to stay there, do not choose a room by the bar. There is definitely noise from the bar that we could hear in our room.
Breakfast was good, location was good
I wish there had been an extra blanket in the room
Easy access to hotel, close to the airport has shuttle to airport
We asked for a shuttle at 3 AM and the front desk forgot to order it. We barely made it to the airport on time on the next shuttle.
Clean comfortable hotel for one night stay at DIA. Shuttle service from the airport was shared with other hotels in the area, but still went fairly smoothly. Morning shuttle to the airport went very well, it was the first day of the hotel having its own shuttle service, not sharing. Morning breakfast was good but starts an hour later at 7am on the weekends. We grabbed a bite to eat at the hotel next door on Friday evening and had a really good turkey club.
The staff are great, the food buffets are good, the shuttle is good, location is good
A few small details that seemed like the best cleaning is not being done.
Person that checked me in was very unfriendly
Very clean and very accomodating staff

I have stayed many times at this property--a combination of Tru and Homewood Suites. Maybe my memory is skewed since I first began staying at the hotel when it was brand new, but it does need a bit of a refresh after 6 or 7 years. I still choose this hotel, but it is getting a bit frayed in places.
But there is an issue with the shuttle since management contracted out the service to a third party. Departures from the hotel still seem reliable, but pickups at the airport can be hit or miss--and two misses for me during this set of stays. I called the front desk and was told the standard "15-20 minutes." Well, the first time it was over an hour, and the front desk person said the shuttle was stuck in traffic due to an earlier storm. I saw the road as we neared the airport, and no issues after the storm, and that was confirmed by a couple of other hotel shuttle drivers who asked me "which hotel." So either the shuttle driver misled the front desk person or the front desk person misled me. One day later, the same story (without the storm alibi) and this time a shuttle never showed up. A driver at a nearby hotel still seeing me waiting during his second pickup trip, gave me a ride.
I go to this area often and like staying near the airport, and I am comfortable at this property. But another negative shuttle experience will probably be a sign to change my pattern. Recommend the management bring the shuttle service back in-house.
Good airporthotel with free shuttle service to and from airport. Nice amenities ,good breakfast, welcoming and friendly personnel restaurants and gas stations in vicinity - clean modern interior
Room was modern but a bit small - not enough room for suitcases+ lighting in room could be better /quite dark in evening -cushiions on bed lumpy, sheets could be better ironed ,seemed not to have been
Break fast was amazing
