Pros:

Naima (I believe that is her name) is absolutely wonderful. We got in after a long drive and Naima went above and beyond for us we were stressed out and on our way to a funeral, we explained that we had enough for the room but no deposit as our funds wouldn't be ready until the next day and she called her manager and they approved waiving it. We were beyond grateful and she was so incredibly sweet I was a mess and panicking and she helped me calm down. Y'all seriously have a wonderful employee working for you.

Surgery stay was very comfortable
Pros:

The staff were wonderful. Even through an issue with a key that kept us out of our room whenever we left the hotel, they were friendly and helpful with a smile always

Cons:

Our key kept locking us out and we would have to use the master key to get back in.

Beautiful hotel: Nice, clean and pleasant!
Pros:

The property was nice and clean! Staff was excellent. Breakfast was great!!

Cons:

No microwave in the rooms but there was one in the lounge area! The beds were somewhat comfortable but needed a topper!! Keep in mind that if there are kids staying above ask to be on the top floor.
