Nice hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Nice spacious room. Good kingsize bed and nice shower. Clean, but not spotless.
Breakfast has a lot of choice in hot dishes, but lacks that same variety when it comes to bread.

Cons:

Most staff are friendly and helpfull, but some (mainly in the breakfast area) completely ignored us.
I tried to use the messaging function of Booking to book a taxi pickup from the airport through the hotel, but that did not work out. Each time I sent a message, a (often late) reply was sent by a different staff member, who clearly hadn’t read my previous messages. So despite me confirming multiple times that I wanted to book this service, no taxi was waiting for us at the airport. Its not the end of the world, but it was a frustrating first experience with the hotel.

Flot hotel med en standard, man kan forvente af et Hilton. God beliggenhed tæt på centrum og seværdigheder. Venligt personale med god service. Ganske god morgenmad, med noget for enhver smag.

Good place for one night stay and airport transfer
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and room was nice size with a comfortable bed and good heating/cooling system.

Cons:

No blackout blinds but I didn't need them as got up early. A bath towel was left hanging on a rail but others were rolled up so wasn't sure it hadn't been used by previous occupants. Only creamer in the room rather than milk and coffee was instant not ground or a Nespresso machine like at other hotels I stayed at. Asked reception for restaurants in walking distance for dinner. The Indian they recommended was pretty bad and gather best places were more in car range. Hotel security staff policing area outside hotel as obviously some history of issues at night which I hear is fairly typical for Windhoek. Good that there were staff monitoring the area but just be aware and don't flaunt valuables like phones, wallets and cameras when out.
