Cons:

The description was a room for 4 adults. They tried to put my teenager to sleep in a sofa that didn't fit them. I needed to "complain" with the manager to have the situation solved.

Decent looking hotel, clean, in a quiet area. Comfortable, warm room.

Cons:

They didn’t clean my room on one of the mornings. I had to ask for someone to come and clean twice, and when she finally did come, she didn’t do a good job.

I contacted the hotel about the shuttle service from the airport. I got a response from Steffi (at 6am), who said it would be possible, told me the cost, and asked me to let them know if I wanted the transfer. I responded to that message (at 4pm) saying I wanted a transfer, stated my arrival time, as well as the flight number. I didn't receive a response from Steffi or anyone else at the hotel, and as a result I had to make an alternative arrangement to get the hotel. They could have done better in this respect. If it were no longer possible, the best thing to do would have been to say so instead of not responding.

Comfortable rooms, well located with great service. We definitely recommend staying here!
Pros:

Centrally located, staff were amazing, and the rooms were great! Restaurant service was very good! Much better than the sister hotel next door - service there was extremely poor.

Perfect place to stay in Windhoek
Pros:

The room had a decent size, the bathroom was spacious, the bed was super super comfy!! I loved the smell of the toileteries. The breakfast had a great selection, and the restaurant service for dinner was fast and the food was delicious.

Cons:

The staff at the reception is nice and friendly but super slow. Unless there is no guess there, you end up waiting for at least 10min. Other than that, it's a great place, highly recommend.
