Très bon spot pour passer deux jours dans la capitale

Gute Lage - Ausbaufähige Verpflegung

Die Lage und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, auch der Zimmerservice ist super.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider ausbaufähig, Rührei war kalt und Aufschnitt teilweise gefroren. Bei dem Abendessen mussten wir über 1 Stunde warten bis es fertig war - ohne das der Saal voll war.

Great stay
Pros:

Great location. 5 minutes away from the Church and Museum of Independence of Namibia. 10 mins away from the local market. There are two nice coffee shops in the area. Very welcoming people. Especially, people at the restaurant. They took really good care of us. Decent room, very clean.

Cons:

WiFi didn’t work properly.

PERFECT FOR AN OVERNIGHTER
Pros:

This was an overnight stay and was perfect - the room was clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable and the shower worked very well - hot constant water. The breakfast at the hotel was very good as well. Our 4x4 had to park outside as it could not fit into the covered area and there was an overnight guard.

Cons:

It's perfect for an overnight stay. We would stay here again.

The rooms were clean.

Cons:

The lady who checked me in appeared disinterested and unenthusiastic, giving the impression that she was simply going through the motions rather than genuinely welcoming guests. She did not offer any briefing on how to access my room or explain the hotel's facilities, leaving me to figure things out on my own. A warmer attitude and a more professional, guest-oriented approach would have made a much better first impression.

Fantástico
Pros:

La atención de todo el personal, en especial la Recepción ("súper fan" de la encargada de Recepción). Es un hotel muy cómodo, moderno, muy seguro y su ubicación es ideal para efectuar compras y visitar los puntos de interés de la ciudad.
