the carpet of our room is dusty. My husband has dust allergies and he was sneezing every time we are in our room.
Prima locatie en fijn personeel
A spacious, functional and clean room with decent size balcony overlooking Granville St towards Vancouver Harbour. The king bed was comfortable too. There is a gym but didn’t get to use it. Location is central to shops, food, pubs and parties on Granville Street.
Expensive which is the case for accommodations in Vancouver unfortunately.
Location very easy to access all Vancouver has to offer. Staff at hotel were very kind, helpful and informative about the area. Treats for kids on arrival appreciated!
Hotel was well appointed and clean- just a little tired decor. Rooms are comfortable, but smallish and a bit dated.
Just decor needs a refresh.

I was very satisfied with the stay overall. The rooms are very clean and I loved the bed, it was so comfortable. First time I slept a full night in years. The hotel is located right in the midst of everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has great food and the staff is also friendly. The food was good and the wait was not long.
Amazing and extremely clean hotel! Friendly staff! Great spot can walk and there is alot to do in this part of Vancouver! I will be staying here again!
