Pros:

The location was great. Everything was easily reachable on foot, and the Underground station was nearby, making it very convenient to get to and from the airport.
The room was spacious enough and clean.

Cons:

The sofa bed was a bit old and quite noisy whenever you moved around at night, but it served its purpose.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were neat, tidy, clean and well-equipped.

Cons:

It would be great if the blanket for the sofa bed were the same as the blanket for the main bed and kept ready in the wardrobe.

Perfectly fine stay for exploring Vancouver
Pros:

Very nice view from our room, appreciated the coffee machine and microwave, very clean and kind & welcoming staff.

Cons:

The location is great for exploring downtown, however the street the hotel is located on is a bit rugged in some places. Groups of homeless people etc.

Perched on the top of the "chateau"
Pros:

The young lady working the front desk, I believe her name starts with M or G, is AMAZING at her job. So polite, professional, patient and welcoming, in an authentic & genuine manner. Her efforts did not go unnoticed. I have stayed at many Best Westerns across North America, this one is pretty standard. My 15th floor room had a stunning view and was pretty well appointed. I'd rate the cleanliness of my room 4/5, so it wasn't great, but not poor either. Location is about as central downtown Vancouver as one could ask for in a safe (but loud) area.

Little gem
Pros:

Great proactive attention from management and staff. Well located to city and transport services.

Cons:

Only one lift operating resulted in wait times(i am sure that was only a short term repair problem)

Better than Sure Stay Best Western
Pros:

The location was close to the attractions we wanted to explore, as well as the shopping.
It had a great view of the skyline.
The managers and hosts were very pleasant and friendly.
It was very clean and well kept.
They also accommodated us for our parking as we didn't realize there was a fee for parking as well as our vehicle was tall.

Cons:

The hide-a-bed was horrible! The mattress...was awful!!!! Sleeping on the floor would have been a better option.
We also had to ask for extra pillows and an extra blanket, which we got scoffed at.
The parking was almost a no go as our vehicle was a tad tall...6'7".
