Pros:

Our overall accommodation experience was fantastic. The ladies at the reception were extremely polite and warm-hearted. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, where the waiter who took our order was really friendly. He recommended plenty of seasonal summer dishes for us, and all the food tasted amazing. We’re really grateful for everything. All in all, it was an excellent stay.

Die Lage ist sehr schön und das Hotel mit den wenigen Zimmern sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Die Produkte auf dem Frühstücksbuffet waren zum Teil vom Vortag. Vor allem das Brot liess zu wünschen übrig. Schade, dies hat den Aufenthalt etwas getrübt.

Great place to stay overlooking Verona.
Pros:

Very nice hotel with only 6 beautiful rooms, outside Verona, overlooking Verona from the garden. Excellent restaurant, osteria, popular with the people from Verona. Very good breakfast. The girls from the reception were very kind and very helpful. Great place to stay!

Borde vart bättre.
Pros:

Bra läge med närhet till Verona och enkel parkering. Rummet var modernt, rent och mycket fint. Receptionisten som tog emot oss vid ankomst var väldigt trevlig och välkomnande. Hotellet har en fin trädgård och en lugn miljö.

Cons:

Tyvärr levde servicen inte upp till förväntningarna. Personalen i restaurangen var inte särskilt serviceinriktad. När vi ville ta ett glas vin före middagen fick vi bara höra att vi kunde sätta oss och skanna QR-koden – ingen tog initiativ eller visade något intresse för oss som gäster. Allt tog lång tid och personalen gav ett ointresserat intryck.

Första kvällen åt vi middag på hotellet med våra barn. Vi fick in fel maträtt och maten var dessutom ganska medioker. Andra kvällen valde vi restaurangen bredvid, som verkar tillhöra samma verksamhet, men bemötandet var tyvärr lika svagt där.

Dessutom hade hotellet en privat tillställning som pågick till cirka kl. 01.00. Det informerades vi inte om vid incheckningen, vilket resulterade i en dålig natts sömn. Lite framförhållning eller information hade uppskattats.

Fint hotell med bra läge och trevliga rum, men servicen och gästupplevelsen behöver förbättras avsevärt.

Я влюбилась в это место с первого взгляда! Начнем с расположения: у вас открывается прекрасный вид на всю Верону, данные апартаменты находиться на вершине, абсолютно безопасное место, есть парковка и огромна территория для прогулок, рядом смотровая площадка на город. Персонал удивительно приятен, чувствителено относиться к гостям, могут помочь решить любой вопрос. Кухня ресторана потрясающая и я в восторге от завтрака. Номера чистые, современные, прекрасный ремонт, очень удобная кровать, средства гигиены производства отеля -очень качественные. Я готова рекомендовать это место всем снова и снова

Hier komen we graag terug.
Pros:

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, spreken vlot engels. Affectief afscheid op het einde van ons verblijf. Unieke lokatie met zicht op het meer.

Fantastisch
Pros:

Wat we vooral als heel prettig ervaarde, is dat het centrum 10 minuten rijden was vd lokatie dus ver genoeg van de drukte. Je komt vervolgens terecht in een oase van rust. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid verzorgd. Alles vers. Diner in de avond leek op een sterrenkok menu. De dames van de receptie waren zeer gastvrij en hielpen waar ze konden. Wij komen hier zeker een keer terug.
