Éramos 3 personas nos dieron 2 toallas pedí una extra y hasta las 10 de la mañana nos la podían dar
Limpio,huele bien y el desayuno
Que las botellas de agua de cortesía,en las habitaciones,dejan de acuerdo al número de camas.
Debiera ser de acuerdo al número de huéspedes,en la habitación.
Pague por dos personas,una habitación con una cama,solo había una botella,le pedí a la recamarera y en administración y no me quisieron dar una botella,para la otra persona de mi habitación.
Lo limpio y la buena atención
Las almohadas me gustaría que fueran más cómodas están muy delgadas
Todo muy bonito, el lugar muy limpio y el personal muy atento y amable. El desayuno muy sabroso.

La ubicación
La atención del personal es muy mala, cosa que en términos generales en Tapachula siempre atienen mal, el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba bien, tienen un sensor de movimiento dentro de la habitación que activa el aire, pero en la noche es problema, deja de funcionar el aire, ya ni se duerme por el calor
Las habitaciones muy confortables, llegué a las doce de la noche y la chica de recepción muy amable y sonriente.
El único detalle es que lo siento un poco alejado de la av. Principal
Muy limpio, pero el ascensor no tiene sensor, se cierra cuando uno va entrando y lo golpea a uno.
