Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Television not working throughout the property and they had no intention of fixing it.
Window handle broken and hard to shut.
Floor tiles cracked and broken and a cut hazard.
Dirty marks on walls and windows ledges.
Water pressure weak.
Only one power point working.
Staff were particularly unhelpful and surly.
I needed help to book a bus to Da Lat and they couldn’t or wouldn’t assist me.
Overall I would advise not to choose this accommodation as there are better options available.

Disgusting!!
Cons:

Someone had pissed in the bed. I noticed it while I was laying on it. My body got slowly wet from undernath and it stank like piss. Most disgusting experience ever! They did not return my money but wanted to put me in another room, thanks NO!!
