Super Lage, schönes Ambiente, bei nachlässiger Sauberkeit.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage direkt neben Bahnhof.
Schönes Frühstücks-Ambiente vor bodentiefen Fenstern mit Blick auf Straße und Park.
Prima Angebot beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Tiefgarage für eine Nacht €40 - das tut weh. Kein Rabatt für Hotelgäste.
Sauberkeit: Der Balkon (es gibt nur wenige) sah aus, als Jahre nicht gefegt. Fenster schmierig und schmutzig. Auch im Zimmer wirkte es nicht sauber. Ich fand einen fremden Socken auf dem Boden neben dem Bett. Hier wurde das Zimmer in 5 Minuten "geputzt". Bei zwei Nächten, und ohne dass "Bitte nicht stören"-Schild aufgehängt war, kam niemand zum Zimmerservice, z.B. um die bereits auf dem Boden liegenden Handtücher zu tauschen - was inzwischen üblich ist. Hier gibt es noch sehr viel Luft nach oben.

Comfortable, convenient and the most helpful staff.
Pros:

It was comfortable, conveniently located and had everything we needed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was given special treatment as it was my 70th birthday.
