Brilliant location, lovely staff and most definitely pet friendly. Will definitely recommend for those travelling with pets and a safe space for solo travelers.

Location is very nice, in the center of the city, close to the train station, opposite a nice park.
The service is so-so. The breakfast is not quite for 4star hotel. One elevator was working, we had a conference, too many people, had to wait quite some time. At the coffee breaks, there was only one coffee machine working for a big group.

I had ordered a full breakfast and this is where it disappointed. The scrambled eggs, tomatoes and sausages were cold. The 3 separate dishes could have been covered to provide loss of heat. I had cereal and yoghurt but no spoon was provided {I used the small coffee spoon available in the room, plus there was no butter for he bread slices. Disappointing. I did not eat the cold meal that was supposed to be warm/hot.
