Personeel was uitermate vriendelijk.

Cons:

Parkeer informatie bij het hotel is slecht te vinden. Waardoor wij de fout hebben gemaakt dat wij er van uit waren gegaan een parkeerplek te hebben bij het hotel. Wat achteraf dus niet zo bleek.

Pros:

Het ontbijt was lekker en meer als keuze genoeg het personeel was vriendelijk de kamers waren vol licht en uptodate

Cons:

In de koffiehoek op de kamer 114 hing spinnenweb vol stof onder de slaapbank lag vanalles en in de douche was schimmel op de kitrand

Pros:

Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt. Een rustig zwembad, heerlijk om even tot rust te komen. De ligging is zeer centraal voor zowel het strand als de winkels en het theater.

Cons:

De parkeergarage was moeilijk te vinden en erg lastig manoeuvreren. Het personeel spreekt geen Nederlands. En de douchekop werkte maar voor de helft. De gaatjes zaten dicht van de kalk.

Pros:

Местоположение комфортное, очень близко, около 5 минут идти до набережной. Так же хочется отметить достаточно приветливый персонал и просторный номер. В номере тихо посторонний звуков слышно не было. В принципе чистенько.

Cons:

Завтраки очень примитивные очень скудные. Так же то что паркинг весь был занят и стоил 35€ в сутки. Мы приехали на машине и не знали что поблизости надо будет искать место для парковки, а именно паркинг так как на улице больше часа нельзя парковаться. Паркинги все очень дорогие и надо за ранее об этом заботиться

Mooie locatie, hygiëne kon beter maar het personeel was vriendelijk

Goede locatie. 7 minuten lopen naar het Afas circus theater en 2 minuten naar het strand! Het zwembadje was netjes en rustig

Cons:

In eerste instantie kregen we een verkeerde kamer, met een twijfelaar als bed.
Toen dat hersteld was kwamen we terecht in een kamer die niet schoon was er lag overal zand (minstens een emmer), kringen van plakkerige glazen op het nachtkastje en de badkamer was vies. Opnieuw naar de receptie, die de kamer schoon hebben laten maken. Echter.. schoon was het nog steeds niet echt.
Gelukkig bleef het personeel vriendelijk. Al had ik bij 2x duidelijke problemen wellicht de gasten een drankje oid aangeboden als je de prijs van zo’n 180 euro per nacht betaald zonder ontbijt.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Een goede ligging aan dicht bij zee. En een ontbijtbuffet met alles erop en eraan.

Cons:

Een moeilijke start. Toen we binnen kwamen was de kamer nog niet klaar. Dan nog lang wachten om online in te checken. Drie nachten en kamer niet gepoetst, geen verse handdoeken. Enorm veel nachtlawaai. De mensen hoor je praten. De ramen zijn niet geluidsdicht.

Viel zu teuer für die angebotene Leistung

Die Inneneinrichtung macht einen modernen und ansprechenden Eindruck. Kostenloser Kaffe und Wasser wird angeboten.

Cons:

Das Upgrade Angebot auf ein Zimmer mit Meerblick entpuppte sich als Mogelpackung. Ich hatte ein 36qm großes Zimmer gebucht. Nach der Buchung erhielt ich ein Upgradeangebot für ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Dachte eigentlich es wird ein großes Zimmer mit Meerblick. Habe dann ein Minizimmer bekommen, Balkon war total verschmutzt, im Badezimmer ein Mini-Waschbecken. Und dann alles mit Aufpreis. Auch das Parken und Aufpreis für unseren Hund, viel zu teuer. Am Ende habe ich deutlich über 300 Euro pro Nacht bezahlt. Steht in keinem Verhältnis zur Leistung!

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Problem mit dem Fernseher wurde vom sehr freundlichen Techniker schnell behoben.
Gratis Kaffeemaschine und Wasserspender in der Lobby sind hervorzuheben.
Sehr bequeme Betten für erholsamen Schlaf.
