Prima gelegen hotel met vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

De ligging en vriendelijkheid personeel.

Cons:

De kamer was erg sober. De badkamer had helaas een lege conditioner en een nagenoeg lege shampoodispenser. Verder was er niets in de badkamer aanwezig.

Pros:

Locatie is mooi en zwembad ook fijn.

Cons:

Badkamer zat vol schimmel, aangegeven en kregen mooie nieuwe kamer maar ook daar zat aardig wat schimmel in de douche dus advies is om alle kamers even de badkamers doorlopen op schimmel.

Pros:

Perfecte locatie. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Fijn zwembad en heerlijke sauna. Superlekker ontbijt. Dinner in de bistro was heel lekker, alleen beetje weinig keuze. Een negatief puntje is het moeten huren van badmantels en slippers om naar de wellness te kunnen gaan. Voor een 4 sterren zou dit wel inclusief mogen zijn. Op de kamer zou een frigootje met minibar niet misstaan. Overall zeer prettig verblijf.

L'accueil du personnel parle francais , le café gratuit 😁 , les produits ritual dans les chambres, le balcon, les aménagements piscine sauna

La taille de la chambre plutôt petite , la saleté dans la salle de bain , des traces de liquide étrange sur la tête de lit ..cela peux arriver de ne pas tout voir mais la c'était vraiment pas génial

Het personeel kwam ongeïnteresseerd over.

Cons:

Er ligt een brief in de kamer dat als je wensen hebt, dat je de QR code kan scannen.
Ik heb gevraagd om extra handdoeken, dit werd geweigerd. Je kan kiezen voor slippers, dus dat heb ik gedaan, werd ook geweigerd. Alles in de kamer was beschadigd, muren, plinten, tegels en er zat veel schimmel in de douche.

Het was niet duidelijk dat we nog in de lounch konden zitten na 23.00 uur met eigen spullen omdat de bar dicht is. We wilden nog even naklersen. Schevengen was uitgesyorven op een slechteweerdag. Nadat we van het theater kwamen. Dat was jammer. We zaten op het terras in de kou.
Ook het personeel gaf dat niet aan.

Ik had 2 kamers 1 jaar geleden geboekt, maar helaas lagen 106 en 107 niet naast elkaar. Raar.9

zimmerreinigung nicht selbstverstaendlich sondern nur auf anfrage ,ein no go!!! (worauf man beim check - inn nicht drauf hingewiesen wird)
mini kleiderschrank nicht gedacht fuer leute die mehr als ein paar tage dort verbringen
personal ist groesstenteils ziemlich oberflaechlich
