L’accueil du réceptionniste qui suite au fait qu’il avait un problème a trouvé la réservation a été reactif on nous installons au bar avec une boisson offerte un petit geste que j’ai bcp apprécié car on était fatigué et il lui a fallu 15 min pour trouver la solution

cadre magnifique. Alliance parfaite entre modernité et élégance

Cons:

Absence d'un service de conciergerie. Histoire drôle : le fait d'ignorer qu'il vous faille "badger"en entrant dans l'ascenseur avec votre carte de chambre pour valider la desserte de votre étage fait que vous pouvez voyager au gré des appels d'autres "passagers" extérieurs.

Large rooms, members lounge appreciated
Pros:

Located near metro- not central for walking to major sites but easy to access by metro. Seems to be used by large tour companies and airline staff. The members lounge is very large- nice selection of breakfast buffet and offerings. Would appreciate lounge having access to beverages and snacks beyond 10 pm. Helpful and friendly staff. Great hotel and price point for Paris

Le fitness est super , petit dej très bon beaucoup de choix . Le personnel 5 étoiles

Cons:

Un petit bémol pour le bruit de la climatisation ça m’a perturbé le sommeil, la chambre était propre mais la moquette de l’étage en général n’avais pas l’air très clean, beaucoup de taches et les plateaux que traînaient par terre très longtemps dans les couloirs pas trop 4 etoiles.

A shocking decline – A shadow of its former self
Pros:

Having stayed at the Paris Marriott Rive Gauche in 2025 and having had an excellent experience, I was looking forward to my return in 2026. Unfortunately, my recent stay was a complete disappointment and felt like being in an entirely different – and far inferior – hotel.

The decline was evident from the start: my pre-arrival emails were completely ignored. The check-in process was frustratingly slow and cumbersome, and they initially failed to grant me the lounge access I was entitled to.

The lounge itself was a disaster: constantly overcrowded with no seats available. The food quality was laughable – serving canned corn in a hotel of this caliber is unacceptable. When I asked to order food from room service to be brought to the lounge—offering to pay for it at my own expense—my request was flatly denied. It felt as if the hotel is intentionally providing subpar service to deter guests from using the facilities.

The overall decline is stark and suggests a severe management failure or a drastic change in standards. After such a positive experience last year, this 180-degree turn is shocking. I cannot recommend this property in its current state

Pros:

Just arrived. Not stayed here for 5 years.
Under the impression that the place had been refurbished but just the same as previously just no grey paint!
The service is worse than it was 5 years ago.
Let's se if it improves but for my group an old fashion Parisian arrival!
