No A/C as their system did not work, cooler did not work, and staff refused to accommodate based on complaints, prom

Not much just a great view of the city, and not far from attractions.

Cons:

No A/C, staff refused to accommodate based on complaints, promised refund for accommodations and did not refund. Customer service for room service were poor. Breakfast was poor for the expense of 50$.

De l'accueil à la sortie : tout était réunis pour passer un agréable moment. Le lit extrêmement confortable, le petit déjeuner vraiment de qualité et le personnels très très très bien, professionnels, à l'écoutes, disponibles et le tout avec le sourire. Merci et si je reviens sur Paris c'est chez vous que j'irais dormir 👍

Pros:

The property was clean and sound proof. Staff were friendly. Easy to get on the metro and busses.

Cons:

They have hidden charges, deposit you need to pay, and took money from my account after I checked out with a zero invoice. I don’t know what that charge was for and they still held my deposit. I am very unhappy about all their hidden charges which is not clearly communicated when you make the booking. For this reason I will never stay at any Marriott hotel again.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, mit Mertro Station direkt vor der Tür.
Die Betten waren einfach genial was ich in Paris noch nie erlebte.
Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
