Décevant !!!

Emplacement en plein centre ville à deux pas de la Croisette

Cons:

Check in a 15h on a eu la chambre à 16h30
Établissement proposant une plage soit disant rattachée à l’hôtel mais non il faudra payer le même tarif qu’un client non résident à l’hôtel !!!! Gros point négatif
Personnel très débordé. J’ai demandé un geste pour célébrer l’anniversaire de ma cousine, aucun geste n’a été pris en compte
J’ai fait des MG Accor mais celui là n’ai pas au niveau

the beach. Very nice tiny pool.

The front desk was very friendly. The room was terrific and very clean. They booked the beach club for us which was convenient.

Cons:

We had to ask twice for our luggage to be brought up to the room We ate a salad and sweet potato fries on the outdoor patio and the sweet potato fries were burnt. They took 10 per cent off the bill. They were inedible and shouldn’t have charged us.
I didn’t like the fact that the washroom in the lobby was kept locked and you had to get the front desk to open it … we used that washroom when we used the pool

God beliggenhet, god service

Cons:

Det var veldig dårlig lukt på rommet. Det luktet veldig røyk fra sigaretter. Og forrige gjester har nok røyket på rommet.
