Pleasant Stay Near the Beach
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops in Cannes.

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient, which made the overall experience even more comfortable.

We especially enjoyed having breakfast delivered to our room each morning. The service was quick, and the breakfast was always fresh and enjoyable.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained during our stay. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of storage space, and the Nespresso machine was a nice addition. Having YouTube available on the TV was also convenient.

The bathroom amenities were good quality, and the Clarins products were a nice touch.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The combination of a great location, comfortable room, cleanliness, and friendly service made for an enjoyable visit to Cannes. We would gladly stay here again.

Camera ampia per la media di Cannes, letto confortevole e stanza sileziosa. Si riposa bene , prodotti clarins in bagno ottimi. Spiaggia privata a 5 minuti

Fantastic stay in a perfect location!
Pros:

Just back from a few days at this hotel and honestly, it was great. The location is unbeatable, literally a two-minute walk to the Croisette and the beach, but it's hidden away enough that you don't get all the street noise.
The staff were super friendly from the moment we checked in and always happy to help with tips. Our room felt really fresh and clean, decoration was spot on, and the bed was massive and very comfy.
Spent a couple of afternoons chilling by the pool area which has a really nice, relaxing vibe. Breakfast was also a huge plus, tons of fresh options to choose from.
Definitely has that lovely boutique hotel feel to it. Will absolutely book again next time we're in Cannes!

I was about to leave a 5-star review
Pros:

I had a great stay at M Gallery Croisette Beach overall. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious, the breakfast was excellent, and having access to the beach club was a huge plus since it’s so close to the hotel.

Unfortunately, the checkout experience left a very negative impression.

As a frequent guest of the Accor chain and a top-tier member of their loyalty program, I requested a late checkout. The front desk informed me that the hotel was busy, but they could extend my checkout until 1 PM. I paid the bill and had both my keys updated to the new checkout time.

However, at 12:05 PM, a staff member called my room and rudely told me that it was checkout time and that I was late. I explained that a late checkout had been approved, but the person responded, again very rudely, that this was “impossible” because the hotel was fully booked and that I had to leave immediately. When I asked them to verify the information, they replied that “if someone granted you that, it was a mistake.”

Naturally, I left. But as a frequent business guest who spends several nights an year with Accor properties, I found this treatment quite disappointing, rude and surprising.

I won’t let this incident completely overshadow the otherwise positive experience I had at the hotel, but I also can’t justify giving a higher rating.

Please treat your guests with the same respect that I always show to everyone on your hotel.

It was alright

The location of the hotel is perfect. The decoration and the size of the room were very good. The rooms were clean.

Housekeeping was very slow. Even when we returned to our room at 3:00 PM, we often found that it had not yet been cleaned. When the room was eventually cleaned, it was not restored to its original condition properly. We even noticed on some occasions that the towels had not been replaced. The reception staff were not particularly helpful or friendly. Their attitude often felt unwelcoming and lacked the level of hospitality one would expect.
