On est très contents, cet hôtel est hautement recommandable.
Pros:

Tout, l’accueil, le sourire et l’attention permanente des employés de l’hôtel, les 2 responsables de la piscine sont adorables (et la piscine est très propre), comme au restaurant et au bar, vraiment tout le monde est au petit soin. Concernant la nourriture, excellente rien à redire, le choix du buffet est varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts et la qualité des produits est très bonne. La proximité des pyramides et le grand musée égyptien, 10mn en voiture, 30 mn du centre-ville du Caire.

Cons:

La bouteille d’eau à 5 dollars est un peu chère.

Cons:

A staff member at the restaurant entrance questioned us sceptically if we had breakfast included in our reservation although we had already booked a half board room & gave her our room's number.

Besides, unexpectedly the dinner in half board reservation is a set menu type not a buffet dinner

It’s a 3 stars hotel maximum - everything is extra charge
Pros:

The bed is good. 2 toilets in the room is comfortable.

Cons:

Everything is extra charge: gym is extra charge, sauna is extra charge, frigobar even water is extra charge… The staff run into the clients to warn them about the extra charge. The game room is miserable: Games broken, old premises.

Klasse Hotel für Sightseeing in Kairo
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, gleich in der Nähe der Pyramiden und des Neuen Ägyptischen Museum. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage und der Pool sind toll!
Auch das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber.
Außerdem hatten wir eine tolle Massage bei Omnia.
Wir können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.
