I had very relaxed and a good week stay at Jaz Pyramids.
I came here to work remotely and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The Wi-Fi was fast, reliable, and available everywhere throughout the resort, so I was able to work comfortably from my room, the outdoor areas, and by the pool without any issues.
The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and always ready to help.
The facilities were excellent—everything was spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. It was easy to relax after work and enjoy the gym and the pool.
At my time, there was some renovation work in the resort and I was happy they had my room a ways from it.
The food was really good. There was a great variety every day, I tried breakfast and dinner.
A big thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable.
The place is awesome. Clean , joyfull. The staff provided exceptional hospitality and warm greetings all day. Especially Donia , Moaz & Adel. Special thanks to their great effort and support.
I originally booked this hotel for a business trip, but I extended my stay because I really enjoyed it. The hotel is quiet, clean, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The staff are friendly and professional. Having stayed in many hotels in different countries, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe, peaceful, and comfortable place to stay.

Otel son derece temiz ve guvenliydi. Wifi bağlantısı çok iyiydi. Piramitlere yakin ve güvende olmak isterseniz düşünmeden tercih edin. Kahvaltısı açık büfe şeklinde ve yeterliydi ancak Türkiye'deki otellerlerle karsilastirilamaz bile
Akşam yemeklerinde alternatifler çoğaltılabilir . 3 gün boyunca ızgara tavuk ve köfte vardı sebze yemeği de eklenebilir.
The breakfast selection was fine.
We both took a massage option with the Spa - this was wonderful and well recommended. Omnia is a great masseuse.
Appreciating that the hotel was in 'low season' and carrying out lots of renovations, some warning of this would have been nice. We took an Executive room - we arrived late evening and the room was very basic, made worse by being awoken by overpowering sewer smell that made us both nauseous. To be fair, the hotel moved us to a new and better room. The half board menu for dinner was the same take on the same food each night. On the 3rd night we both ate the same meal at dinner and were very suspicious of the quality - proven true by severe sickness and diarrhea that followed almost immediately. Diagnosed as acute food poisoning, no help from the staff and 3 days of our vacation ruined by severe illness. Plus we had to cancel a second session of massages with the Spa. At time of writing we have been home 7 days and we are still not recovered. !!!
The stay was so amazing the staff were so nice and helpful especially Donia , Moaz and Mohammed Adil the helped a lot
