האורחים ישראלים שקמים משעה 6 בבוקר לוויכוחים אי אפשר לישון
והקבלה אומרים שהם מקבלים דיווחים אבל אין מה לעשות
ילדים מתרוצצים במסדרון בחצות לבד ומשחקים בצעקות ההורים כנראה משאירים במסדרון
אין ניהול טוב
רק רצינו לצאת כל הזמן מהמלון פחות להיות בפנים
החדר מאווווווד קטן
המקלחת לא נוחה בכלל
המקלחת היתה פחות נוחה מכיוון שרק הטוש עבד והמים לא ירדו בזמן המקלחת
השירות היה נהדר , ארוחת הבוקר עשירה
היה חסר שמפו, ומגבות אבל ברגע שביקשנו טיפלו במגבות
צוות מסביר פנים וקשוב
צוות אדיב. היתה היענות מהירה מאד לבקשות שלנו.
היינו בקומה 12, ליד הבריכה. כשהגענו לחדר היה בו ריח של סיגריות, וכך גם במסדרון. יש לציין שהחדר היה נקי.

The location is good , the room with a lot of facilities.
The hotel without parking, the room is small and the price is so high
שירות אדיב. החדר היה מוכן לפני השעה הרשומה. מחווה מתוקה מצאתי על הדלת ליום ההולדת שלי.ארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטעימה. מיקום מצויין.חדר מרווח עם אמבטיה
הבריכה קטנה, חבל שאין בר,/, מזנון או שירות חדרים.
אהבנו את המיקום והאבזור בחדר בהחלט עונה על הדרישות. ובעקר את מנהל המלון ארז , שהתקשר בדק ובחן את אי סביות רצוני מחלק מהצוות ברצינות .
את חוסר ההתייחסות של צוות
הקבלה שהיתה באותו היום ובאותה שעה , נשארנו בלי טלויזיה בחדר ואף אחד לא בא לבדוק מה הבעיה . יש לציין שלמוחורת בבוקר היה גבר בקבלה בצ׳ק אאוט , שהתעניין שאל איך היתה השהייה? ומסר למנהל המלון את הביקורת שלי.
