It was clean and comfortable with everything that was needed

Cons:

Check in was not smooth due to communication issue with host and booking.com apparently they were not informed of my arrival through the app.

Shower head was not working well the first day.

The apartment was too small for the duration of time I stayed.
Pros:

It was fairly clean, nice balcony view, and good price/value.

Cons:

A mirror and an anti-slip pad in the CR / comfort room would have been nice. I wish there was a microwave oven and sofa in the apartment also (like other places I've stayed). The living space and square footage was too small for my liking. Example: it would have been nice not to have to lay on the bed to watch TV (more living space with sofa). This place seemed okay for short overnight stays like a hotel, but not for long duration apartment living.

Pros:

Comfortable, clean room, nice environment with swimming pools. Hot/cold water doser, aircon, fridge is perfect, bed is comfortable.

Cons:

It would be useful to install hangers in the flat (for clothes, keys, etc). The place is a bit far from Cebu attractions. Yesterday it took 1,5 hours by taxi from Cebu - Lapu lapu bridge to the accomodation. The traffic situation in Lapu lapu is very bad.

Pros:

We were not happy with this accommodation at all.
Door & walls were in shoddy state, aircon was dirty & barely worked, location is not good & Christian religious pictures & bible verses everywhere, including even in the bathroom. bible on the table & Christian channel on the TV. Not disclosed in the pics or the information or I wouldn't have stayed here.
Don't push your religion onto people who have been gracious enough to pay you to stay in your accommodation, it's rude & unnecessary & completely unheard of in my culture..

라푸라푸, 세부 시티 지리를 잘 안다면 추천!
Pros:

정말 숙박을 하기에는 괜찮은 곳. 하지만 처음 오시는 분이라면 비추천. 세부 시티와 많이 멀리 떨어져있고, 교통이 그랩을 제외하면 로컬 교통수단을 이용해야하기 때문에 힘듬. 라푸라푸 시티 사람들은 새경빌리지를 알지만, 세부 시티에서 넘어올 때 모를 수도 있음. 그런 부분이 아쉬움. 그리고 바퀴벌레가 나와서 곤욕을 치뤘음. 또한 하우스키핑을 할 때에는 금액 추가가 있음.
