Location was excellent. Excellent help from the staff with check-in time changes and storing luggage

Pros:

We were very impressed with this apartment because it was very clean and stocked with more than expected. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. It looks just as pictured and having a washer and dryer was a plus. There were outlets by the beds to charge our phones at night without the need of a European adapter.

Pros:

Velmi milý a ochotný personál. Ubytování fantastické. Koupelna dle mých představ naprosto top a celý apartmán s vyhřívaním podlah. Můžete si uvařit kafe, čaj, dát si limonádu nebo Manner oplatky. Postel byla pohodlná.

Очень комфортное пребывание в Вене
Pros:

Квартира большая. Есть отдельная кухня, зона столовой, зона гостинной, а так же две отдельные спальни. Кухня укомплектована всем необходимым оборудованием: плита, кофемашина, чайник, посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, сушильная машина и даже аппарат для газирования воды. И это качественное оборудование, а не дешевые поделки. На кухне мы нашли полный комплект посуды: от тарелок до бокалов для вина. Персонал очень внимательно подходит к тому, чтобы пребывание было комфортным. На столе были инструкции как пользоваться техникой в квартире, карта Вены, адреса и часы работы ближайших магазинов, ресторанов и аптеки. Для нас были приготовлены кофе-капсулы, чай в пакетиках, мини бар (бесплатный!), капсулы для стиральной машины и посудомоечной машины. Сами апартаменты находятся в 200 метрах от станции метро и автобусной остановки. Это очень удобно. Мы добирались в любую точку города очень быстро.

Pros:

Yhteydenpito whatsapp-viestein majoituksen järjestäjän kanssa. Hän vastasi nopeasti lisäkysymyksiimme majoitusaikana sekä ennen majoitusta.

Saimme tavarat tuotua heti aamusta majoitukseen ja huoneisto vapautui yhden aikaan. Vastaavasti lähtiessä kirjautuessamme ulos klo 11, saimme hakea tavaramme ennen lentoa iltapäivällä.

Huoneistossa oli minibaari, jossa olevat limsat ja viinin sai juoda. Keittiössä oli tarvittavat mukavuudet kuten leivänpaahdin ja kapselikahvikone.

Vessassa oli kaikille hammasharjat ja pesuaineet.

Metrolinja U4 on hyvin lähellä, kuten myös Spar.

Cons:

Huoneistot ovat varmaan vanhoja liiketiloja. Lasiseinä ulottui olohuoneen ja toisen makuuhuoneen leveydeltä, joten kadulta kuuluvat äänet kuuluivat suoraan huoneistoon. Onneksi yöllä katu oli hiljainen. Arkisin huoneiston edustalla oli kuitenkin rakennustyömaa, josta tuli melua. Korvatulpat mukaan varmuuden vuoksi.

Pros:

Obiekt w dobrej lokalizacji, 30 min spacerem do centrum. Wyposażenie dobre, było wszystko co potrzebne do funkcjonowania. Parking podziemny bardzo blisko.

Cons:

Apartament przerobiony z lokalu użytkowego co sprawiało że cała ściana frontowa to szyba. Szyba mleczna, wzmocniona ale przez to brak dobrego światła dziennego, i brak jakiegokolwiek widoku na zewnątrz. Sypialnia bez okna, jak cela. Mogłoby być dokładniej posprzątane pod łóżkami. Brudny ręcznik po poprzednich gościach został w łazience nie sprzątnięty.
Jednak największy minus za to że nikt nie dba tam o RODO (GDPR). Karta meldunkowa poprzednich gości wraz z ich pełnymi danymi (pesel, nr dowodu) nie została zabezpieczona i zabrana przed moim przyjazdem.

Cons:

Ein Schlafzimmer hatte leider nur Fake Fenster. War durch die gute Belüftung kein Problem.

Fantastisch en modern ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke bedden, airco. Echt top appartement, begane grond en goede parkeerplek voor de auto in garage om de hoek.

ウィーン再訪の際も利用したい♪
Pros:

部屋は洗濯機も食洗機もあり快適で、ミニバーも無料で利用できました。
地下鉄駅からも近く、市内中心部やシェーンブルン宮殿へのアクセスも便利でした。
鍵のPINコードがうまく設定されていなく土曜日の夕方に緊急の対応を依頼しましたが、快く駆けつけてもらえ、迅速に対応してもらえました。
また、搭乗予定の便が一日遅延してしまい延泊した際も、延泊料金の領収書を円滑に発行してもらえました。

Cons:

排水口が詰まり気味だったこと、部屋の鍵のPINコードの設定が当初できておらず焦ったこと、くらいでした。
